MA: You mentioned the WHO promoted a now discredited theory about COVID’s origins as well as unhelpful advice on ambulatory COVID-19 treatment. For now, the WHO has been stopped from overriding national sovereignty via its failed Pandemic Treaty. Could another treaty, if passed, lead to extreme measures like climate change lockdowns in the name of “health”?

PM: That's my read on it. Never before has an outside body tried to influence our internal governmental operations this way. Within this country, we have a federal government and state governments. More, we have sovereignty. Sovereignty means we govern ourselves. This is the first time in history we have seen such a global power grab.

Even so, history is replete with examples of public health emergencies being seized as a mechanism for national control. For instance, during the French Revolution the mechanism for the new regime to seize power was a public health emergency. Clearly, with SARS-CoV-2, it was declared a “public health emergency.” Then the next thing you know, you can't board an airplane, you can't work, and you’re told you must stay at home.

MA: For your health and safety, of course.

PM: Right. This control mechanism lasted for quite a long period. Especially in countries like Australia. There if you didn't take what they call a “vaccine”, you couldn't fly for a long time. But what if you had to fly for your work?  What if you had to fly to say goodbye to a loved one?

In Canada many of the same draconian measures were also used to control people at an unprecedented scale. We saw all kinds of tyrannical shifts even here in the United States with businesses refusing to allow customers into their stores if they weren’t masked up or vaccinated. This had never happened before.

MA: Speaking of the so-called vaccine, how did the CDC and other health agencies respond to the myocarditis risk associated with the shot?

PM: The CDC and FDA came out in June of 2021 saying the vaccines cause myocarditis, or heart damage. That's their official statement. Myocarditis largely affects young men—90% of those afflicted are males, ages 18 to 24.

I'm a cardiologist and it's well-known in my field that with myocarditis, athletes cannot exercise who suffer from this condition. They simply cannot without suffering major health problems. A surge of adrenaline caused by physical activity can trigger a cardiac arrest. So, when this warning came out, I thought for sure that professional sports teams would never mandate vaccines. I also thought athletes would be exempt due to the risk of heart damage or death. After all, due to their profession, athletes must exercise, thus jeopardizing themselves.

MA: What other decisions surprised you regarding vaccine mandates?

PM: Sure enough, the NFL came out in August of 2021 with similar mandates. It's just astonishing this happened. It’s further astonishing that so many companies would force their employees to get an experimental shot.

Here's another astounding inflection point. Around this same time, CDC Director Rochelle Walensky publicly acknowledged vaccines don't stop transmission of the COVID-19 virus. But that's the only rationale for an employer or the federal government to mandate vaccines—to stop disease spread. But if people are fully vaccinated and they still spread it around, then it’s a useless endeavor from a public health perspective. And yet, most places mandated the vaccines even after it was known that A) they can cause myocarditis, and B) they don't stop disease transmission.

MA: I still can’t believe any of this insanity actually happened. It's almost been five years since COVID first appeared. Do you think we've reached a critical mass of people worldwide who are aware of how corporations and government actors manipulate public opinion? Have enough people woken up? Why or why not?

PM: It's mixed. I can tell you that in my congressional testimony, I brought up a recent Rasmussen poll based on valid population-based sampling. It was from January 2024. It said 53% of Americans believe vaccines are causing serious side effects, leading to large numbers of deaths.

That means 47% still don't accept the truth. Still, a slight majority do understand what’s really going on. These days, very few people are taking more COVID vaccines. They just got a sense that either A) they're not needed, or B) they may be unsafe. Yet, according to the current CDC schedule, someone my age should be onto their ninth shot. If they are immunocompromised, they should be onto their 12th shot. Meanwhile, the CDC is going to soon meet with Pfizer, Moderna, and Novavax to decide on what the next booster configuration should be.

MA: That’s astounding. How has mass vaccination influenced the development and spread of new COVID variants?

PM: The Omicron outbreak was almost certainly caused by mass vaccination. The very first people who got that new variant were fully vaccinated. Years ago, prior to Omicron, natural immunity throughout the globe was strong, enabling people’s immune systems to fight off COVID-19.

We relied on natural immunity through the Alpha and Delta strains in the United States, Gamma in Brazil, and Beta in South Africa. We did great. Natural immunity was holding up, then Omicron broke through natural immunity. A respiratory illness pandemic like COVID should only be about a two-year event, similar to the Spanish flu in 1918.

But instead, we're on year five. Experts like me have concluded mass vaccination should never be performed during a widely prevalent pandemic. The reason is if we mass vaccinate when much of the virus is still around, there are enough cases in which the virus will figure out how to become more resistant. Now, if you vaccinate in a situation where the disease is not very prevalent, then the virus doesn't have a chance to persist. Therefore it was a big mistake to mass vaccinate during a highly prevalent pandemic.

MA: How can regular people prepare their bodies and their minds for a future medical crisis, whatever that may be?

PM: Let's talk about the body first. We learned during COVID that we need to be leaner, fitter, and in better shape. The people who had the hardest time with COVID were older, more feeble, obese, those with diabetes, people who have trouble breathing at baseline, and those who have trouble breathing at night. They really ran into trouble with COVID. Everybody out there who can drop a few pounds—go out and do aerobic and strength exercising. This is critical.

MA: What foods and supplements do you recommend?

PM: Another way to prepare the body is through nutrition. There have been a few papers written on how those with the healthiest diets fared better. What I mean by “healthy diets” are those with high-quality sources of protein, like fish, beans, nuts, egg whites, occasionally meats and chicken, fresh fruits and vegetables. I also advise avoiding sugars, starches, items made from flour, rice, and potatoes, as well as saturated fats. Also steer clear of fast foods and processed foods.

Then there's a certain advantageous supplement pattern. Vitamin C intake played a modest role preventively with acute treatment during COVID. However, the doses had to be pretty high, like 3000 milligrams, multiple times per day. Zinc played a role at least in acute treatment. It works to inhibit one of the enzymes of SARS-CoV-2 and influenza.

Most importantly, vitamin D is key. Every study on Vitamin D has been positive. Vitamin D was also clearly preventive. Where there's been a meta-analysis, people who prophylactically took vitamin D were much less likely to get COVID. Even if they did, the mortality rate was lower. Those with higher levels of vitamin D had the lowest mortality. Vitamin D could actually be given therapeutically.

MA: What role did supplements play in your protocol for treating COVID?

PM: In the first version of the McCullough Protocol, the most widely used approach to treat COVID in the world, we included vitamin D. Our initial doses were low. As we worked with other experts, we increased the dosage. Then there was a polyphenol supplement called quercetin. It's not a supplement I was very well aware of, yet it played a role elsewhere in the world. Indians did a lot of work with curcumin, derived from turmeric. That clearly is antiviral as well. As a supplement, the enzymes nattokinase and bromelain actually strip the virus’ spike protein. These played a large role. Undoubtedly, the body can be fortified with the right diet, exercise, and baseline supplements.

MA: How can individuals prepare their minds for future health crises?

PM: This also concerns what we put in our bodies; in this case via our brains.

One of the interesting things we’ve seen in COVID’s wake is a complete collapse of the mainstream media. Let me give you an example: I went on mainstream, national TV hundreds of times during the pandemic. America saw me frequently. Yet when I’d get the returns on such appearances, it was staggering. Less than a million people were tuning into TV in a country of 330 million people.

MA: How has the shift from mainstream to independent media affected public awareness?

PM: Most kids and young people don't even have cable TV. For those that watch the Joe Rogan podcast, the average viewer age is 24. Joe normally gets 10 million listens per episode. But it's usually a three-hour interview with a transcript. Who has time to watch all that?

Turns out a lot of people do. Joe enjoys that kind of popularity. Within a few days of my going on his show, we had 40 million listens. It exploded even more as people sliced the content up. Some estimates pegged the total number reached at 160 million.. It set a new record—even for him! This shows independent media is becoming very powerful. This phenomenon is happening all over the world. The mainstream media is collapsing. Still, censorship of independent media is rampant and growing stronger.

MA: How are governments responding to the rise of independent media?

PM: I'm on set in Florida right now. Last night I filmed a segment with Dr. Drew and some others. I had a chance to meet key people with Locals and Rumble. Rumble, as you know, is an alternative video platform to YouTube. Do you know that yesterday, Australia banned Rumble? I had gone to France earlier last year; it was banned there too. It's also banned in Brazil. Governments worldwide are showing their hand: they are the ones that want to censor information. They’re the ones that want to stifle free speech and the truth.

MA: Here’s to not letting that happen, Dr. McCullough. We need more people to wake up before it’s too late.

Covid-19 mRNA “vaccines” have shown wider distribution in the body than initially claimed, raising concerns about unintended effects and the need for an “off switch” to stop ongoing spike protein production. A recent study identifies a treatment that may act as an “off switch.”

A preprint study led by Dr. Peter McCullough suggests using siRNA and RIBOTACs to target and degrade residual mRNA from covid-19 vaccines, potentially mitigating long-term health risks associated with persistent spike protein production.

The study proposes using siRNA and RIBOTACs as potential methods to bind to and degrade vaccine mRNA in cells, offering a targeted approach to prevent adverse events from mRNA-based therapies.

“Long vax” symptoms, similar to long covid, have been reported following vaccination, including fatigue, brain fog, numbness and cardiovascular issues, highlighting the need for effective treatments for those affected.

Another study led by McCullough found a significant increase in cerebral thromboembolism risk associated with covid-19 vaccines compared to other vaccines, leading to calls for a moratorium on their use.

Breakthrough Study Uncovers ‘Off Switch’ for covid mRNA Shots

A preprint study revealed a potential way to clear out mRNA from covid-19 injections. The research, led by cardiologist, internist and epidemiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, offers hope for those who are suffering from health damage caused by covid-19 injections.

“As the world is waking up to nearly two-thirds with potential future disease and disability from the long-lasting mRNA coding for the dangerous Wuhan spike protein, the search is on for ways to stop this molecular monster from doing more damage,” McCullough writes.1

The technique involves the use of small interfering RNA (siRNA) and ribonuclease targeting chimaeras (RIBOTACs) to “target, inactivate, and degrade residual and persistent vaccine mRNA” and in so doing, help prevent uncontrolled spike protein production while reducing toxicity.2

Technique May Help Mitigate Damage Triggered by mRNA Covid Injections

Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna studies show that mRNA from covid-19 injections, which is carried by tiny particles called nanolipids, does not stay only in the shoulder muscle or nearby lymph nodes as initially claimed. Instead, the mRNA can be found in various tissues in the body, raising safety concerns.

There is a worry that this mRNA might integrate into the body’s DNA or cause unintended spike protein production, which could be harmful. To address these concerns, scientists are looking at ways to eliminate this leftover mRNA to stop the production of the spike protein, which the covid-19 injection mRNA helps produce.

“Without any way to turn off the messenger RNA, we think every single messenger RNA shot, because it’s been made synthetic and resistant to human breakdown, is going to make people progressively sick,” McCullough says. “We have to find a way to get this out of the body … We’re gonna need an off switch for this.”3

McCullough’s study highlights “emerging concerns regarding the wide systemic biodistribution of these mRNA vaccines leading to prolonged inflammatory responses and other safety concerns.”4 According to the scientists, “The stability of mRNA vaccines, their pervasive distribution, and the longevity of the encapsulated mRNA along with unlimited production of the damaging and potentially lethal Spike (S) protein call for strategies to mitigate potential adverse effects.”5

The study reviews a strategy involving siRNA and RIBOTACs. “It may seem unfathomable for doctors to inject more RNA to deactivate Pfizer and Moderna synthetic mRNA that has accumulated in the body after multiple injections,” McCullough says. “However, siRNA used today in my practice (patisiran, inclisiran) appears to be safe and well-tolerated only notable for injection site reactions.”6

siRNA and RIBOTACs May Act as Off Switch for Covid mRNA Injections

siRNA is a type of RNA molecule that can specifically bind to and degrade messenger RNA (mRNA) in cells. This process prevents the mRNA from being used to produce proteins. siRNA works by entering the cell and becoming part of a complex called the RNA-induced silencing complex (RISC).

Within RISC, the siRNA pairs with its matching mRNA sequence and guides the complex to cut and destroy the target mRNA, stopping protein production. siRNA is used in research and therapeutic applications to silence specific genes, helping to study gene function and treat diseases caused by overactive or harmful genes.

RIBOTACs, meanwhile, are synthetic molecules designed to bind to specific RNA molecules and recruit natural cellular enzymes, called ribonucleases, to degrade the target RNA. RIBOTACs enter the cell and attach to both the target RNA and the ribonuclease enzyme. This binding brings the enzyme into close proximity with the target RNA, allowing the enzyme to cut and degrade the RNA.

RIBOTACs are used to specifically target and destroy RNA molecules that are involved in disease processes, providing a precise way to reduce the levels of harmful proteins produced by these RNAs. According to the study, “The targeted nature of siRNA and RIBOTACs allows for precise intervention, offering a path to prevent and mitigate adverse events of mRNA-based therapies.”7

The study described two methods to target and degrade residual and persistent covid-19 injection mRNA, including siRNA Therapy (A) and RIBOTAC neutralisation (B):8

A: siRNA targeted against covid-19 vaccine mRNA enters the vaccinated cell via LNPs [lipid nanoparticles], where it incorporates into the RISC. The siRNA in RISC binds to the complementary sequence of the target vaccine mRNA and cleaves it, thus suppressing spike protein production.

B: RIBOTACs targeted against covid-19 vaccine mRNA enter the vaccinated cell via LNPs, where they bind to both the target vaccine mRNA and endogenous RNase. This results in RNase-mediated vaccine mRNA degradation and the suppression of spike protein production.

“We use these small interfering RNAs already in practice,” McCullough said. “There’s one called Patisiran, the other one, Inclisiran. I use them in my practice. They only last in the body a few days. They bind up messenger RNA to inactivate it … We hope that some molecular technology companies can pick this up and consider this.”9

Covid-19 Injections Trigger Debilitating Adverse Events and “Long Vax“

An effective “off switch” could provide a lifeline for those suffering debilitating effects. Significant serious adverse events have occurred among many who received mRNA covid-19 injections, which have also been said to have an “unacceptably high harm-to-reward ratio.”10

For every 1 million shots, an estimated 1,010 to 1,510 serious adverse reactions, such as death, life-threatening conditions, hospitalisation or significant disability, may occur.11 When compared to the flu injection, data from the European Medicines Agency Eurovigilance Database shows that covid-19 injections cause more:12,13

Allergic reactionsArrhythmiaGeneral cardiovascular eventsCoagulationHaemorrhagesGastrointestinal, ocular and sexual organ reactionsThrombosis

Meanwhile, “long vax,” which describes an array of symptoms caused by covid-19 injections, is finally getting some much-deserved recognition.

As reported by Science magazine in 2022, “In rare cases, coronavirus vaccines may cause long covid-like symptoms,”14 which can include (but is not limited to) brain fog, memory problems, headaches, blurred vision, loss of smell, nerve pain, heart rate fluctuations, dramatic blood pressure swings and muscle weakness. The feeling of “internal electric shocks” are also reported.

Also in 2022, a preprint study from the US National Institutes of Health reported new neuropathic symptoms that began in 23 adults within one month of receiving a covid-19 injection.15 All of the patients felt severe tingling or numbness in their faces or limbs, and 61% also experienced dizziness when standing up, intolerance to heat and heart palpitations.

A study by Yale scientists also shed light on long vax, which they described as chronic post-vaccination syndrome, or PVS.16 In a study of 241 people who reported PVS after an mRNA covid-19 injection, the median time from the jab to the onset of symptoms was three days, with symptoms continuing for 595 days. The five most common symptoms included:17

  • Exercise intolerance (71%)

  • Excessive fatigue (69%)

  • Numbness (63%)

  • Brain fog (63%)

  • Neuropathy (63%)

In the week before the survey was completed, patients reported a range of additional symptoms highlighting the mental toll the condition takes. The symptoms required a median of 20 interventions for treatment and included:18

Covid mRNA Injections Linked to 111,795% Increase in Brain Clots

Adding to the urgency in uncovering a strategy to help those who have received covid injections, another study led by McCullough revealed they’re linked to a 111,795% increase in brain clots known as cerebral thromboembolism.19

Cerebral thromboembolism, a known side effect of covid-19 injections, is a medical condition where a blood clot (thrombus) forms in a blood vessel, travels through the bloodstream and becomes lodged in an artery supplying blood to the brain. This blockage prevents blood flow to parts of the brain, potentially leading to a stroke.

For the study, researchers used data from the US Centres for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) and the US Food and Drug Administration’s (“FDA”) Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (“VAERS”) covering 1 January 1990 to 31 December 2023. They compared cerebral thromboembolism cases reported after covid-19 injections to those reported after flu injections and other vaccines.

The study found the risk of cerebral thromboembolism after covid-19 “vaccines” is significantly higher compared to flu vaccines and all other vaccines.20 While there were 52 reports of cerebral thromboembolism associated with influenza vaccines, there were 5,137 cases linked to covid-19 injections.21

The staggering increase led the researchers to call for “an immediate global moratorium on the use of covid-19 vaccines,” particularly in women of reproductive age. McCullough wrote:22

This paper did not capture the level of permanent neurologic devastation and disability suffered by these patients. I can tell you that the rates must be very high given the extensive nature of the blood clots reported. These data among others strongly support removing all covid-19 vaccines and boosters from the market. No one should be put at risk for a serious stroke with any vaccine.

Help for Those Injured by an mRNA Covid Injection

It’s important to be wary of any new mRNA injections that come on the market and carefully weigh if the risks outweigh the reported benefits before getting one. However, if you’ve already had one or more covid-19 injections, there are steps you can take to repair from the assault on your system.

The more mRNA injections you take, the greater the immune system damage. So, the first step is to avoid getting any more mRNA injections. 10 Signs That Global War Is Rapidly Approaching

Are we on the verge of an apocalyptic global war in which billions of people could die? 

Very few people anticipated that World War I would erupt, but it happened anyway.  And very few people anticipated that World War II would erupt, but it happened anyway. 

All throughout human history, there have been wars.  Ever since the very beginning, it has just been a matter of time before major powers collide. 

Unfortunately, even though very alarming warning signals are flashing all around us, most of the population of the Western world seems absolutely clueless about what is really going on out there.  Leaders all over the planet seem to have come down with a really bad case of “war fever”, and preparations for apocalyptic showdowns are being made. 

The following are 10 signs that global war is rapidly approaching …

#1 Politico is reporting that Israel and Hezbollah have both “drafted battle plans”, and the Biden administration is convinced that “intense fighting is likely to break out” …

Meanwhile, the Israel Defence Forces and Hezbollah have drafted battle plans and are in the process of trying to procure additional weapons, according to two senior US officials briefed on the intelligence.

Both sides have publicly said they do not want to go to war, but senior Biden officials increasingly believe that intense fighting is likely to break out despite efforts to try and prevent it.

The risk is higher now than at any other point in recent weeks, according to another senior US official, who, like others in this story, was granted anonymity to speak freely about sensitive intelligence.

#2 Iran is warning that there will be an “obliterating war” if the IDF enters southern Lebanon …

Israel will face an “obliterating war” if it embarks on “full-scale military aggression” against Hezbollah in Lebanon, Iran’s Permanent Mission to the UN warned on Friday.

The announcement was made on Twitter.

“Albeit Iran deems as psychological warfare the Zionist regime’s propaganda about intending to attack Lebanon, should it embark on full-scale military aggression, an obliterating war will ensue. All options, incl. the full involvement of all Resistance Fronts, are on the table,” the post reads.

By “all Resistance Fronts,” Iran means not just Hezbollah and Hamas, but also the Houthi rebels in Yemen as well as other groups in Syria and Iraq.

#3 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is convinced that a major with Iran is inevitable because he believes that the Iranians have plans to conquer the entire Middle East …

Netanyahu emphasised that the fight against Iran’s terror proxies is critical for other nations in the Middle East, as Iran aims to dominate the rest of the region, including Sunni Muslim nations.

“We also have to deter the other elements of the Iran terror axis. But we have to deal with the axis,” Netanyahu explained. “The axis doesn’t threaten only us. It threatens you. It’s on the march to conquer the Middle East.”

“That means, actually, conquer. Conquer Saudi Arabia, conquer the Arabian Peninsula. It’s just a question of time,” he warned.

#4 According to NBC News, the US is moving military assets into position so that they can be “ready to evacuate Americans” once an all-out war erupts between Israel and Hezbollah …

The Pentagon is moving US military assets closer to Israel and Lebanon to be ready to evacuate Americans as fighting between Israel and Hezbollah intensifies, according to three US defence officials and a former US official familiar with the plans.

The USS Wasp, an amphibious assault ship, and Marines from the 24th Expeditionary Unit, which is special operations capable, moved into the Mediterranean on Wednesday to join the dock landing ship USS Oak Hill and another ship in their amphibious ready group, according to the Marine Corps. The Wasp will operate in the eastern Mediterranean to be ready for a Military Assisted Departure and other missions, the officials said.

#5 On Thursday, Hezbollah sent approximately 40 rockets into northern Israel …

Hezbollah launched a barrage of some 40 rockets at northern Israel on Thursday afternoon, in what the terror group said was a response to recent Israeli airstrikes in Lebanon, including the killing of one of its operatives earlier in the day.

#6 On Saturday, Israeli aircraft bombed several Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon …

On Saturday afternoon Israeli fighter jets struck a building in southern Lebanon’s Houla where a group of Hezbollah operatives were gathered, the military said. The IDF said the operatives were spotted by troops of the 869th Combat Intelligence Collection Unit, and a short while later the airstrike was carried out.

Another building used by Hezbollah in Houla was also struck, the IDF added. It published footage of the strikes.

#7 I know that I wrote about this last week, but I couldn’t leave this particular item out of this article.  Apparently, Joe Biden is thinking about approving a plan that would “allow US military contractors to deploy to Ukraine” …

President Joe Biden’s administration is moving toward a plan that would allow US military contractors to deploy to Ukraine for the first time in a limited capacity, CNN reported.

Four US officials familiar with the matter told the outlet that a policy is being worked on to allow the Pentagon to issue private contracts to send troops for the maintenance and repair of US-supplied systems in Ukraine.

#8 Russian President Vladimir Putin is reportedly interested in developing a coalition of nations that would “rival the West and NATO” …

Rhetoric from Vladimir Putin about a Eurasian security coalition is part of a Kremlin plan to create a group of Moscow-friendly countries to rival the West and NATO, the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) has said.

The assessment by the Washington, DC think tank follows Putin’s visit to North Korea which, one international security expert told Newsweek, has “deepened an already intensifying relationship of convenience” between Moscow and Pyongyang.

#9 Putin is also warning that Russia will need to begin production of intermediate-range nuclear weapons systems …

Russia must respond to the actions of the United States and it seems that it is necessary for the country to start the production of intermediate-range nuclear forces (INF) strike systems, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Friday.

“We need to respond to this and make decisions about what we will have to do in this direction next. Apparently, we need to start manufacturing these systems and then, based on the actual situation, make decisions about where – if necessary to ensure our safety – to deploy them,” Putin said at an operational meeting with the permanent members of the Russian Security Council.

Of course, the Russians already have more tactical nuclear weapons than anyone else in the world by a large margin, and they have developed brand new Sarmat intercontinental ballistic missiles which are so advanced that they aren’t even worth comparing to the Minuteman missiles that the US is depending on which first went into service in the 1970s.

#10 A very influential figure in Russian foreign policy circles is suggesting that the Russians should actually detonate a nuclear device in order to show the world how serious they are …

Dmitry Suslov, a top figure at the Moscow-based Council for Foreign and Defence Policy, has put forward the idea of Russia carrying out a “demonstrative” nuclear detonation, a move that could prompt the start of World War 3. This alarming suggestion arises as tensions with the West intensify due to Ukraine’s use of Western-supplied weaponry against Russian forces.

Suslov’s think tank, known to occasionally sway government policy, made this proposal public shortly after President Vladimir Putin delivered a grave warning to NATO countries. Putin warned that if Ukraine were to employ Western arms for attacks on Russian soil, it could spark a worldwide crisis, reinforcing his point with threats of severe repercussions.

Unfortunately, all of this is happening at a time when 72 per cent of US voters believe that the guy with his finger on the nuclear button does not have “the mental or cognitive health to serve as president” …

A sweeping section of registered voters do not believe President Joe Biden has the mental and cognitive health to serve a second term as president after his unsteady debate performance last week, according to a new poll.

The CBS/You Gov national survey conducted in the days after the debate found that 72% of voters do not believe Biden has the mental or cognitive health to serve as president, as well as nearly half of his own party. That’s up seven points from the beginning of June.

We are in far more trouble than most people realise. And it is far later than most people think that it is.

I just wish that we could get more people to wake up.  We are literally stumbling into an apocalyptic global war, and once we are in the middle of it there will not be any way to go back and get a second chance to do things over.

The excuse given for conducting genetic research on livestock using an RNA platform is to reduce methane emissions. This biotechnology industry is born out of the vague promises of gene dreamers that it will be “safe and effective” and the discredited notion that animal methane emissions are at the heart of climate change.

But, as Dr. Guy Hatchard points out, let’s not forget that methane is produced from the normal digestive processes of animals that have been roaming the planet in large numbers for thousands of years without warming the globe.

It’s not only animals that they are planning to genetically modify, it is crops as well.  The proposed biotechnologies aimed at methane reductions and crop characteristics will contaminate our traditional foods with novel genetic sequences with as yet unknown consequences for animal and human health, Dr. Hatchard warns.

Government Announces Biotechnology Deregulation is Coming to New Zealand very soon. What Will It Mean for Us?

The Government has announced that during the next three months, it will take Cabinet decisions on new regulations to remove the ban on genetic engineering and enable the safe (???) use of gene technology in agriculture, health science, and other sectors (???). Following the Covid pandemic, the word ‘safe’ has a very hollow ring to it. So, what exactly will deregulated biotechnology look like, what projects will get the green light in New Zealand, who is involved, and is it safe?

What Will Deregulated Biotechnology Look Like?

America has a biotechnology industry that fiercely lobbies the government to forestall any regulation. Integrated DNA Technologies, for example, is a company that sells “all of the reagents needed for successful genome editing” with kits designed for delivery into human cells beginning at $95. Over at a site called GeneCopoeia, a CRISPR Cas9 protein with a nuclear location signal starts at $69. A multitude of US companies seem to offer everything to get you going editing and cloning at home.

If you don’t fancy making designer babies, you might like to order a deadly pathogen and see if you can make it any better at its job. This is not a joke. Everything is available by mail order delivered right to your door. In deregulated America, a huge community of biohackers has grown up dedicated to doing anything that can be done to human life as we know it. It was in this environment that American scientists were able to divert US government grants to Wuhan to build lethal coronaviruses.

What Projects Will Get the Green Light in New Zealand, and Who Is Involved?

In the first instance, biotechnology deregulation will particularly impact our traditional food sources. Already, at least $195 million has been funnelled into research to reduce ruminant methane emissions. The coalition government has pledged another $400 million to AgriZero to fund ongoing research. AgriZero is a joint government-private partnership tasked with researching “tools” that will drive down ruminant emissions.

Partners Are Fonterra, Ravensdown, Silver Fern Farms, Rabobank, Asb, Anz, Synlait.

The “biotech solutions” researched so far include vaccines, boluses (pills), feed additives and GE grasses. Biotech public relations dreamers have sold the idea that all of these tools will reduce ruminant methane. Let’s not forget that methane is produced from the normal digestive processes of animals that have been roaming the planet in large numbers for thousands of years without warming the globe.

An entire industry including universities and biotech companies – complete with unaccountable and highly paid board members, CEOs, etc. – has already been born, all holding out their hands to the government to secure a never-ending income stream for biotechnology experimentation. This industry is born out of the vague promises of gene dreamers that it will be “safe and effective” and the discredited notion that animal methane emissions are at the heart of climate change.

The levy and advocacy groups – Beef + Lamb New Zealand, Dairy New Zealand and Federated Farmers – all enthusiastically and naively support the research and development of biotechnology tools. Beef + Lamb NZ is also receiving government funding for its CoolSheep programme which is researching low methane genetics even though this is at the expense of true productive traits that farmers have bred into New Zealand flocks for decades.

Multiple other projects are in the pipeline. The government recently established an RNA Platform to identify and support opportunities for New Zealand in areas such as human health and the health of other animals. It builds on global progress in the use of these technologies, most notably the development of mRNA vaccines.

As part of a series of Fast Start projects funded through the RNA Platform, investment has been approved for AgResearch scientists to provide a proof-of-concept for the application of mRNA vaccines in livestock, specifically to address Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (“BVD”). Nor are RNA Platform programmes limited to animal research; they include crop science and human mRNA vaccines. There is a very broad brush at work

Just stop for a moment and think; as we have reported before, consumers do not want food with tinkered genes. Artificial meat companies are failing overseas. Our export partners are buying our agricultural products relying on our clean green grass-fed image. Why throw that away?

AgriZero thinks otherwise. It believes that biotechnology animals with a low methane profile will be an international selling point to our increasingly discerning (???) international customers. Good luck with that. I used to work at Genetic ID (now FoodChain ID), which built an international business out of genetic engineering (“GE”) free testing and certification. I can tell you that consumer suspicion of genetically modified food runs very deep indeed. You can only sell it widely if you are not required to label it. Something that the unregulated US market has embraced to the detriment of food traceability, safety, and consumer choice.

The AgriZero partnership is well aware of consumer disquiet; therefore, it operates behind a wall of secrecy. When asking detailed questions about safety, viability, efficacy, etc. you get short vague platitudes like this one from Rabobank: “Please be reassured that Rabobank is continuing to work hard in the best interests of our clients and the wider sector.”

ASB Bank replied that it supports AgriZero because it wishes to: “Accelerate the development of emissions reduction technology to get tools into farmers’ hands sooner… that will reduce agricultural emissions by 30% by 2030…in order to satisfy our trading partners.”

Do I detect an echo of the “warp speed” covid vaccine development programme that ignored safety and efficacy issues?

You might also be interested to learn that the dollars being invested by the government are not just staying here in New Zealand. AgriZero has invested $9.9 million into a US ag-biotech company ArkeaBio, a Bill Gates start-up, who are looking at methane vaccines. Why is New Zealand funding Bill Gates???

Representatives of BiotechNZ recently travelled to the BIO International Convention in San Diego and came home with the following wide-ranging wish list for New Zealand biotechnology applications:

  • Acting as a feedstock for GMO fermentation processes.

  • Addressing immediate needs, such as reducing methane emissions from cows or reducing agricultural waste

  • Protecting products or industries at risk, like creating pest-resistant crop varieties or Bovine Viral Diarrhoea (“BVD”) resistant cattle.

  • Addressing animal welfare concerns, such as producing cattle without horns or improving cattle thermotolerance.

  • Meeting consumer demands for specific traits, preferences for firmer fruit, longer lasting, or more nutrient-dense products.

I get the sense from the available correspondence that overseas interests are determined to dictate climate terms to our farming sector which will include the introduction of costly proprietary genetic technology. The costs and risks of this will fall on farmers, the high salaries will go to the technocrats and the profits will go elsewhere. This has been the structure of US agriculture since the introduction of genetically modified (”GM”) crops.

Is Biotechnology Safe?

If you have been following our websites HatchardReport.com and https://globe.global you will be well aware that research shows biotechnology applications have proved neither safe nor effective. The scientific findings need to be studied and absorbed at length. Off-target effects and unanticipated outcomes are inherent features of gene editing. The proposed biotechnologies aimed at methane reductions and crop characteristics will contaminate our traditional foods with novel genetic sequences with as yet unknown consequences for animal and human health.

Fortunately, there will be a wide-ranging covid inquiry starting in November that will provide a forum for discussions about safety, but in the meantime, it is apparent from the government’s biotechnology deregulation policy that they are determined to prejudge the issue and ignore the evidence of safety concerns.

The history of biotechnology in the US is very instructive in this regard. Jennifer Doundna, inventor of CRISPR gene editing technology, reported in a recent interview with Walter Isaacson that at first “the idea of editing a child’s genes felt unnatural and scary for humanity.” But after a conference of biotechnologists in 2015, the idea began to recede in her thinking and was replaced with the thought “that someday we may consider it unethical not to use germline editing.”This kind of free market thinking dominates the sector. When biotechnologists get together their depth of self-belief is astounding. Feeding off each other’s wildest fantasies, the push to remove regulation and ignore the risks is overwhelming.

Our academic and commercial biotechnology sector is no different; past failures with animal welfare and crop science are forgotten and the lessons are ignored, in the rush to attract investment.

The experience of the covid-19 pandemic should be a wake-up call. A deadly pathogen created through gene editing escaped easily from a laboratory and infected the world’s population. An mRNA covid-19 vaccine was rapidly developed that proved neither safe nor effective. We are still grappling with the aftermath of millions of excess deaths. Biotechnology cannot be contained or recalled.

Orientation for new readers - American Domestic Bioterrorism Program - Tools for dismantling kill box anti-law

Since December 2023, I've researched and written a series of reports1 tracking the development of federal Congressional laws and federal agency non-regulations that have non-regulated the licensing and manufacture of biological products and vaccines from 1944 to the present.

The series so far focuses on the period since 1972, when the fake biological product regulation program was fake-transferred from NIH to FDA.

The record of laws passed by Congress, signed by US Presidents, implemented through the US Code of Federal Regulations, with rule changes published in the Federal Register, and upheld by federal and state courts, confirm that biological product and vaccine licensing, cGMP-compliance monitoring and related programs allegedly operated by the US Food and Drug Administration have been nothing more than pretextual, deceptive acts carried out to elicit and maintain broad public compliance with vaccination programs, because vaccines are actually intentionally harmful biological weapons developed, manufactured, promoted and distributed jointly by the federal Public Health Service and pharmaceutical companies, and vaccinators don’t want targets to know it.

The people who develop, manufacture, promote, distribute and use these weapons to intentionally hurt and kill people don't want the targets to understand what's been done to us, our parents and grandparents, our children and our grandchildren, because people who understand biological product and vaccine non-regulation become people who stop believing false vaccine histories, stop trusting vaccine promoters, and stop taking vaccines.

Elements of the program include the reclassification of the US military's Chemical and Biological Warfare program, since 1969, as public health emergency and pandemic preparedness and response programs, emergency use authorization medical countermeasures programs, “select agents and toxins” programs, and biodefense programs, jointly operated by the Department of Defense, Department of Health and Human Services/Public Health Service and Department of Homeland Security and coordinated through the Public Health Emergency Medical Countermeasures Enterprise (PHEMCE), Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA), Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) and related federal interagency committees.

Vaccination programs are not conducted to promote public health or welfare, strengthen human immune systems, or to protect people from communicable diseases.

Vaccination programs are conducted to cause population-wide harms, damage human immune systems and induce chronic disease and premature death.

I've been working with a Bailiwick reader — Lydia Hazel — for several months to get a better understanding of the pre-1972 history of biological product and vaccine non-regulation.

Hazel has been compiling the statutory, regulatory, institutional and budget history from the 1798 establishment of the Marine Hospital Service (precursor to the Public Health Service) through the 1902 Biologics Control Act and 1944 Public Health Service Act, to the 1972 alleged transfer and delegation of alleged biological product regulation authorities from Public Health Service, Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare (HEW, now HHS), National Institute of Health-Division of Biologics Standards, to the Food and Drug Administration-Bureau of Biologics.

This week I've been working on Hazel's latest draft of the timeline.

As anticipated, she's found the same patterns of concealed non-regulation and similar key words in the 1798-1972 period, as compared to the non-regulation patterns and key words found in the 1972 to 2024 regulatory history.

The most important finding, in my view, is the use of grandfathering in the biological product licensing context; I think that will be the main point of the final report when we finish it.

The meat of the report — the statute, regulation and court case timeline — will try to lay out the “how.” 

As in:

How (legal mechanics) Congress, presidents, federal agencies and courts between 1900 and 1972, and from 1972-2024, set up and simultaneously hid/hide from public view, the legal conditions so that no biological product rules, procedures or tests governing product identity, safety and efficacy have ever existed or were ever applied…

Because each new apparent product review or rule-making event has referred to alleged prior product assessments, standards and rules that had never existed or been applied, as the basis for extending existing licenses (pretending that such rules had existed and had been applied), and/or has referred to future assessments and reviews that the vaccinators claimed would occur, and future standards and rules they claimed would be drafted and applied, which never materialize into adopted or enforced identification and assessment procedures, standards, rules or tests.

"Jam to-morrow, jam yesterday, but never jam to-day." 

For 120 years.

The wall-to-wall statutory, regulatory, prosecutorial and judicial, legalized pharmaceutical fraud that facilitates the ongoing use of unregulated Covid and forthcoming "bird flu" and other new vaccines since 2020 (which are equally corrupt for EUA and BLA products) is simply an extension of the wall-to-wall legalized pharmaceutical fraud that has facilitated the use of every preceding, non-regulated, fake-licensed, old vaccine since 1902.

Prior to Covid, the perps may have had some close calls in terms of possible public exposure of federally-directed pharmaceutical fraud.

One close call was the 1955 mass polio vaccination of children and expectant mothers, and resulting injuries and deaths attributed to the vaccines.

Evidence and analysis connecting injury and death with vaccination was quickly suppressed by Public Health Service authorities and academic and industrial co-conspirators.

In 1972, vaccinators were faced simultaneously with mainstream media reports about ineffective influenza vaccines, and the opening of the signing period for the UN Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production and Stockpiling of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction.

In 1972, to make the legalized federal pharmaceutical regulation fraud harder to see — so as to continue the American worldwide deployment of biological weapons promoted as vaccines — then-Assistant HEW Secretary for Health and Scientific Affairs Merlin K. DuVal, under the direction of Elliott Richardson (then-Secretary of then-Health, Education and Welfare Department, whose career highlights also included Undersecretary of State, Secretary of Defense and Attorney General) "concurrently re-delegated" the non-regulation of biological products from the NIH Division of Biologics Standards to the FDA Bureau of Biologics.

Then FDA-Commissioner Charles Edward and then-NIH Director Robert Q. Marston signed and published a memorandum of understanding, and FDA and NIH officials announced a set of biological product advisory panel reviews, plus a forthcoming set of “standards” that would accept, as evidence of product identity, safety and efficacy, “alternatives” to controlled studies.

The work of the advisory panels was tightly controlled to preordain outcomes that would not interfere with continued manufacturing, distribution and use of vaccine-weapons, including strict limits on who had standing to present data and data analysis.

In 1986, Congress passed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act to provide full indemnification for manufacturers of by-then routine childhood vaccines, and the non-crime, legalized pharmaceutical fraud enterprise rolled on from there into the deregulation programs of the 1990s; into the post-9/11 homeland security and bioterrorism preparedness policies and programs; into Covid.

There are still no established, enforced standards for biological product or vaccine identity, safety or efficacy, and there never will be, because biological products are inherently unstable, heterogeneous and toxic.

The systematic worldwide mass poisoning non-crime crime of vaccination rests on the federal legalization of pharmaceutical regulation fraud, and public lack of knowledge about it.

Step 4: harvest mail-in ballots and deliver them to districts needed to flip the swing states at 4am after they know how many votes they need.

Step 5: use media to accuse anyone who calls out mail-in ballot fraud of being a Russian asset or election denier.

Step 6: use intelligence community stage “insurrection” so electors cannot air grievances of fraud before Congress, and certify a stolen election.

They did it in 2020, and they are about to try it again… Mass mail-in ballots are their objective.

For most of European history, wars were fought with the understanding that if they became too destructive and costly, they could be concluded with a negotiated settlement. Once it became clear that one side was gaining the upper hand, the other side could sue for peace instead of dragging it out and getting a lot more people killed and property destroyed.

Even during the great 16th century wars between the Ottoman Empire and the Christian nations of Europe, the opposing commanders were occasionally reasonable and humane enough to cease fighting when it became clear that nothing could be gained from prolonging it. The Ottoman siege of Rhodes in 1522 was a notable example, when Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent allowed the Knights Hospitaller to surrender on generous terms.

After Napoleon was defeated in 1815, the Congress of Vienna declared him an outlaw and stated that no power would ever negotiate with him again. This was an early example of the doctrine of “Unconditional Surrender.” However, this was only after he broke the convention of his confinement to the island of Elba.

During the American Civil War, Union General Grant adopted the policy of “Unconditional Surrender” in dealing with Confederate officers who asked for terms. He did, however, agree to negotiate with General Lee at Appomattox. Though I’ve never found time to investigate it, I have heard that the European general staffs marveled at the iron will of Generals Grant and Sherman to suffer stupendous losses in order to annihilate the enemy instead of negotiating with him.

The policy of Unconditional Surrender reached its apotheosis at the Casablanca Conference in 1943, when Stalin persuaded Roosevelt and Churchill to adopt and announce it as official policy in the war against Germany.

Stalin did this because he was afraid the British and Americans would do a separate peace deal with German military officers who didn't like Hitler and wanted to get rid of him. Because the Russians were doing most of the fighting, Roosevelt and Churchill agreed to Stalin's demand. Not surprisingly, Nazi propagandists immediately seized upon this declaration as a perfect reason for why the German military should NEVER surrender, but fight bis zur letzten Patrone -- "till the last cartridge.”

The trouble with this Unconditional Surrender policy was that it was not only applied to the Nazi regime, but equally to German military officers who would have gladly gotten rid of Hitler. Had the Americans and British supported German resistance officers instead of repeatedly spurning them, Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg and his co-conspirators might have succeeded in getting rid of Hitler and the Nazis in July of 1944. 

Numerous historians have noted that by far the most destructive phase of the war was between Stauffenberg’s failed assassination attempt on July 20, 1944 and and May 7, 1945. This last year of the war also coincided with the most murderous phase of the Holocaust in the extermination camps of German occupied Poland.

Ever since Casablanca, the U.S. military and political class has insisted that there can NEVER be any negotiated settlement. Thus, it seems to me, Putin should have realized that the Americans would NOT negotiate with him after hostilities commenced, but would encourage the Ukrainians to fight (with American arms) bis zur letzten Patrone.

Alone among European leaders, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban seems to understand that the doctrine of unconditional surrender is not a rational approach in dealing with Russia during the current war in Ukraine. According to multiple news reports, Orban’s trip to Moscow has enraged the other European heads of state, who apparently prefer that the Ukrainians kill every male in the country—firing armaments supplied by the West—before negotiating with the Russians.

To this day, I’ve not heard a SINGLE commentator explain why the U.S. and EU did not at least try to negotiate an Austrian style neutrality deal for Ukraine? Austrian neutrality was formalized on October 26, 1955; Russia withdrew its occupational army from Austria and has honored the deal ever since.

Had a neutrality deal been negotiated for Ukraine—and had the Russians subsequently violated it—this would have been grounds for a full-scale war. Why didn’t the Western powers at least give this a try in early 2022?
