CAYMAN – A 18-year-old girl from the Cayman Islands was hospitalized due to a severe reaction to the COVID-19 vaccine. Jacqueline Aubert first began suffering from back pain, according to CaymannCompass. She was then brought to a hospital in Miami where she was diagnosed with Guillain-Barré Syndrome.

Jacqueline’s doctors at the Miami hospital connected the disorder to the teenager’s COVID-19 Pfizer vaccine dose, which she received on September 7th.
Her mother, Michele Aubert, said:
“She had the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine in Grand Cayman. Her symptoms began the next day [8 Sept.] and a spinal tap on day 7 confirmed the GBS. Her team of doctors here in Florida has confirmed the vaccine caused the GBS.”
Jacqueline continues to recover from her vaccine injury.
The COVID World has recently covered the stories of healthy teens Shelby Grace Allen, Riccardo Ventre and Wyatt McGlaun, all of whom developed Guillain-Barré syndrome shortly after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
