In any other year, the story of so many prominent people from the acting world either dying or getting seriously injured would be the talk of the town, but people seem to be so confused by the current news landscape that these deaths and injuries passed by completely unmarked.

Vivek: Award-Winning Actor Dead Just 2 Days After Televised COVID-19 Vaccination
Award-winning Indian movie star Vivek died from cardiac arrest just two days after receiving the experimental COVID-19 vaccine. The three-time award-winning actor for best comedian fell ill after his injection on April 15th and suffered a heart attack the following morning. The 59-year-old actor was inoculated during a televised stunt to promote COVID-19 vaccine acceptance.
Vivek said at the event:
“The vaccine is the only thing that can save your life. I want to put an end to all the rumors. I want to show people that there is no danger in getting vaccinated. On the contrary, it will protect us..”

Vivek won three Filmfare Awards for Best Comedian in Tamil for his performances in the films, Run (2002), Saamy (2003) and Perazhagan (2004) and five Tamil Nadu State Film Awards for Best Comedian for the films, Unnaruge Naan Irundhal (1999), Run (2002), Anniyan (2005) and Sivaji (2007). Jennifer Gibson: Actress From TV-Show ‘Suits’ Developed Bell’s Palsy 2 Weeks After AstraZeneca Vaccination
Jennifer Gibson, known for her role as Peggy in the TV show ‘Suits‘, developed Bell’s Palsy two weeks after receiving the Astrazeneca vaccine. Gibson received the shot on April 24th. Two weeks later, she noticed that her face looked different so she had a phone consult with her doctor who diagnosed her with Bell’s Palsy, a known adverse effect for all of the COVID-19 vaccines.
Gibson was interviewed by CityNews Toronto in which she said that she didn’t want to discourage people from getting the COVID vaccine by telling her story:
“People don’t die from Bell’s Palsy. It sucks, but it’s dealable.”
Gibson is an actress known for her roles in A Dog’s Way Home (2019), Suits (2011) and Maps to the Stars (2014).

Lakis Lazopoulos: Dubbed Most Influental Actor In Greece Suffered Thrombosis 2 Weeks After Second Pfizer Vaccine
Lakis Lazopoulos, who was ranked as the most powerful and influential celebrity in Greece in 2010, developed blood clots shortly after getting his second dose of the Pfizer vaccine on June 4th of this year. Just two weeks later, he suffered a stroke in the hospital where he was being treated for the blood clots originally caused by the Pfizer shot.
“I got up with a heavy feeling in my legs, making it difficult to move. So I called my friend, doctor George Papatheou and told him to come and see me. He decided that I should go to the hospital. I went, got tested, and during the test I suffered a stroke.
I was later told that the test showed a ‘small clot’, but it had dissipated from its origin.”
Lazopoulos stated that he believed that the blood clots were caused by the Pfizer vaccine:
“After the second Pfizer shot on June 4th, I felt my body breakdown. I have no underlying disease or health issues – nothing was found in the tests. The vaccine activated a mechanism to trigger the thrombosis.”
Lazopoulos is best known for his work in Deka mikroi Mitsoi (1991), R20 (2004) and O kalyteros mou filos (2001).

Ludovica Bizzaglia: 25-Year-Old Actress Suffered Pericarditis After Second Moderna Vaccine
Actress Ludovica Bizzaglia missed the 78th Venice International Film Festival and cut her vacation short after developing heart issues from the Moderna vaccine. The 25-year-old reported that she experienced sharp chest pains, shortness of breath and tingling sensations a few days after receiving her second Moderna shot on August 5th but dismissed the symptoms as “anxiety” which she has suffered from her whole adult life.
Her condition progressively worsened until she was admitted to the Agostino Gemelli University Polyclinic where she was diagnosed with pericarditis, a known and common adverse effect from the COVID vaccines. The Italian actress revealed the news in a video posted to her 800 thousand Instagram followers:

Mishary al-Balam: 48-Year-Old Kuwaiti Actor Died 2 Weeks After First Pfizer Vaccine
Mishary al-Balam, a well-known Kuwaiti actor, died just two weeks after receiving his first Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine. He received the jab on Thursday, February 11th of this year and was admitted to hospital nine days later before passing away on February 25th in the intensive care unit of Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Hospital.
The 48-year-old actor shared a video and a message on Instagram showcasing him receiving the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine:
“Do not forget me from your prayers. Praise be to God in any case. My family, fellow artists, and the loyal, beloved audience, thank you for asking. All that happened was I got infected during the vaccination. It’s fate and forgive me for I cannot respond to the calls.”
Mishary began his career in 1991 acting in Kuwait’s theatres. He progressed into television and had starred in more than 56 shows and series. He is credited for his role in Abdulaziz Louis: Baytina Al Kuwait (2020).
He is survived by his wife and five children.

Manisha Yadav: 29-Year-Old Tamil Actress Died Just 3 Months After Receiving AstraZeneca COVID-19 Vaccine
29-year-old actress Manisha Yadav suddenly passed away from a brain hemorrhage on October 1st, just three months after her first AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccination. Manisha was best known for playing the role of Salima Begum in the blockbuster Indian TV-Show ‘Jodha Akbar‘. The sudden death of the previously healthy actress came as a shock to the Tamil actor’s community.
Fellow actor, Ravi Bhatia, who plays Salim in ‘Jodha Akbar’ said:
“I spoke to Manisha a few months back and she seemed all fine. It’s upsetting news.”
Manisha showcased herself receiving her first COVID vaccination on June 23rd.

Bob Odenkirk: ‘Better Call Saul’ Star Suffered Heart Attack 3 Months After Receiving COVID-19 Vaccines
Bob Odenkirk is the best-known actor on this list. The world-famous American movie star received his first vaccine on March 28th and his second on April 17th, only three weeks apart, which is much sooner than the usual two months. He then collapsed from a heart attack on the set of ‘Better Call Saul‘ in Alberquerque, New Mexico on July 28th, just three months after his second inoculation.
The movie star had boasted publicly that he had received the jabs and urged others to do so on March 28th. He showcased himself receiving his second shot on April 17th:

Melle Stewart: 40-Year-Old Actress Paralyzed 2 Weeks After Receiving AstraZeneca Vaccine

Melle Stewart, an Australian actress living in London who had worked on the iconic soap opera ‘Home and Away‘ suffered a stroke just two weeks after receiving the Astrazeneca vaccine on May 24th. After waking with a strange feeling in the right side of her body, she collapsed and was rushed to hospital. The actress was admitted to intensive care where she was diagnosed with Thrombocytopenic Thrombosis.
Stewart had suffered a severe stroke caused by two large clots in the veins of her brain and spent three weeks on a ventilator in an induced coma. After five weeks of fighting for her life in ICU, she was transferred to an Acute Stroke Unit where she began rehabilitation before being moved to a specialized London hospital on September 8th.
The previously ‘fit and healthy’ professional actress who had never been in hospital before is now undergoing therapy to talk, walk, and move her right arm and will remain in hospital until 2022 as she learns to adjust to her new life. She has to take anti-clotting and anti-seizure medication and will require further surgery to have a titanium plate fitted in her skull to replace the portion removed during a previous operation.
Stewart is best known for her work on the iconic Australian series ‘Home and Away‘. Her most recent credit was on the short film ‘Walls of Darkness’.

Puneeth Rajkumar – Indian Superstar Actor Died From ‘Massive’ Heart Attack Just Months After Receiving COVID-19 Vaccines
Puneeth Rajkumar, a leading star in the Indian movie industry, died suddenly on October 29th after suffering a massive heart attack. The ‘extremely fit’ 46-year-old actor, complained of chest pain during a gym workout around 11 am and was seen by a doctor who diagnosed him with an acute heart attack. He was immediately taken to Vikram Hospital in Bengaluru, the capital of southern Karnataka state, where he arrived ‘unresponsive’ and was later pronounced dead at 2:30 pm.
Rajkumar shared a post of himself receiving his first COVID vaccine to over 350,000 Twitter followers and to 1.7 million followers on Instagram on April 7th:
It is not known when the 46-year-old received his second shot, but given the usual 6-7 week interval, it was likely around mid-May.
Rajkumar was one of the highest-paid and most famous celebrities in Indian cinema. In 2012, he debuted as a television presenter on the game show Kannadada Kotyadhipati, the Kannada version of ‘Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?’.
Rajkumar worked primarily in Kannada cinema and was a lead actor in 29 films. He had won the National Film Award for Best Child Artist for his role of Ramu in Bettada Hoovu as well as winning the Karnataka State Best Child Artist Award for Chalisuva Modagalu and Eradu Nakshatragalu.
He is survived by his wife Ashwini Revanth, whom he married in 1999, and their two teenage daughters, Drithi and Vandhitha.

Michael Mitchell: ‘Gladiator’ and ‘Braveheart’ Actor Died 6 Days After Receiving Pfizer Vaccine
Actor Mike Mitchell, who went on to appear in films such as ‘Braveheart‘ and ‘Gladiator‘, died on Friday, July 23rd of a heart attack just six days after his third COVID vaccine dose.
The actor, who lived on a boat in Turkey with his wife, had announced that he was proud to take part in an experiment to ‘save lives’, by getting the much-mentioned “booster dose” of the COVID vaccine on July 16th.
In a statement, Mitchell’s agent recalled him as an actor, friend and “honest person”.
“It was very hard to believe… The sudden death of an international actor we managed, an honest person, a real actor, a true friend, my dear friend, has saddened us deeply. I’ve always been honored to be your manager. I wish patience to you wife, dear Denise Mitchell, and your children. Getting to know you and gaining your friendship is invaluable. Sleep in the lights. RIP.”
He is survived by his wife and children.
