Tennessee Governor Signs Medical Freedom Bill: Ivermectin Available via Pharmacy for COVID-19

Senate Bill 2188 was signed by Tennessee Governor Bill Lee, making ivermectin accessible as a treatment for COVID-19 with no need for a prescription. TrialSite reported recently, that both the Senate and House voted in favor of the bill.

According to the Tennessee law:

“As enacted, authorizes a pharmacist to provide ivermectin to a patient, who is 18 years of age or older, pursuant to a valid collaborative pharmacy practice agreement containing a non-patient-specific prescriptive order and standardized procedures developed and executed by one or more authorized prescribers; enacts other related provisions. - Amends TCA Title 4; Title 14; Title 47; Title 53; Title 63; Title 68 and Title 71.

Now, pharmacists in this state can offer ivermectin to any patient aged eighteen and above “pursuant to a valid collaborative pharmacy practice agreement containing a non-patient specific prescriptive order and standardized procedures developed and executed by one or more authorized prescribers.”

This new law makes the drug available directly to a pharmacist without the need for even a physician’s prescription. The new law allows adults to go to the pharmacist and describe their symptoms and provide additional information about other conditions and medications to help the pharmacist determine the dosage.

Is there a Connection between the Recent Child Hepatitis Cases & Either COVID-19 or the Vaccine?

TrialSite recently covered reports of a surge of cases of acute hepatitis in children. There is no confirmed cause as of present. Recently interviewed on Fox’s Laura Ingraham show, Dr. Peter McCullough reports this acute liver inflammation (hepatitis) could be associated with the COVID-19 vaccine. Fact-checkers were quickly mobilized to dismiss and discredit the prominent, yet much-attacked physician during COVID-19. McCullough has been an outspoken critic calling out some of the challenges with the COVID-19 vaccine while evangelizing for early treatment of COVID-19 patients with known approved repurposed drugs. Yet McCullough didn’t claim any absolute connection—he implied it was possible, based on his reading of a few recent studies.  In the meantime, other explanations are put forth in the UK and elsewhere.

During this recent interview, Laura Ingraham shared a recent study from Germany suggesting COVID-19 vaccination can elicit what’s known as a distinct T cell dominant hepatitis. Led by Corresponding Author Dr. Bertram Bengsch, employed at the prestigious Freiberg University in the Black Forest area of Germany, the authors concluded that “COVID-19 vaccination can elicit a distinct T cell-dominant immune-mediated hepatitis with a unique pathomechanism associated with vaccination-induced antigen-specific tissue-resident immunity requiring systemic immunosuppression.”

But what does this mean for the layperson? According to Dr. McCullough, we now have at least some data to review to possibly help inform a better understanding of the pediatric hepatitis cases including:

• Boettler et al - SARS-CoV-2 vaccination can elicit a CD8 T-cell dominant hepatitis - PMC (nih.gov)

• Lenson et al.

The Texas-based cardiologist shared for the Fox viewers that “COVID-19 vaccination can trigger acute hepatitis of a variety of mechanisms, one being autoimmune, but the fatal case that was reported by Lenson was actually a reactivation of hepatitis C of an elderly individual.  So, the spike protein in the respiratory illness and then super loaded in the vaccine could be the culprit.” 

McCullough tweeted recently that “75% of children C-recovered, probably this exposure at baseline with an adeno-roto-,entero-or other virus is triggering these cases of hepatitis. It appears serious, with jaundice, hospitalization, and at least one case needing a transplant.”

TrialSite notes here McCullough doesn’t absolutely declare that the cause of the hepatitis in the children is the vaccine but rather suggests that it could be connected.” See his Twitter page.   

Another possible explanation proposed by medical professionals in the UK is that due to COVID-19 lockdowns and school closures, that children, especially those ages five years old and younger, were not exposed to adenovirus, thus leaving them with increased susceptibility to more severe complications from the virus.

Dr. Meera Chand, head of infectious diseases at the UK Health Security Agency reported that medical professionals are indeed, seeing something very unusual, especially for the younger age groups. Speaking at the European Congress of Clinical Microbiology and Infectious Diseases, she declared, “But we have a co-factor affecting a particular age group of young children, which is rendering that infection (adenovirus) more severe or causing it to trigger some kind of immunopathology.” She continued, “Co-factors include a lack of prior exposure of that particular age group during the formative stages they’ve gone through during the pandemic.”

Regarding Dr. McCullough, fact-checkers were quick to respond with dismissal and the usual ad hominem attacks (e.g., attacking the person rather than focusing on the data and premises). Khaya Himmelman, a journalist-- not a scientist or physician—declared for The Dispatch that Dr. McCullough, a “frequent purveyor of COVID-19 misinformation,” (an ad hominem attack) claimed the connection between the COVID-19 vaccine and hepatitis C. The journalist takes on Dr. McCullough, declaring that one of the referenced studies (Lenson mentioned above) “is based on one patient,” and the author acknowledged that they “cannot exclude a coincidental occurrence” of the condition. But of course, it could also not be a coincidence. The point here is that we do not know for certain yet.

The Dispatch received an email from Paul Offit the prominent virologist recently profiled by TrialSite who claimed that the study in question “is a coincidental not causal association.” Yet how can Offit be 100% certain?  

Offit’s credibility in some ways becomes more questionable given his prominent role on the FDA’s VRBPAC (evaluating and authoring the vaccines for labeling), yet his willingness to essentially throw the CDC under the bus for faulty vaccine benefit messaging. It was Offit’s (and his VRBPAC colleagues) job to ensure the CDC understood the limitations of the vaccine (e.g., that it would not prevent viral transmission but rather lower the risk of severe infection, hospitalization, and death). Another commenter suggested McCullough isn’t a vaccinologist and wasn’t qualified to comment.

Dr. McCullough may or may not be correct, but the point here is that he references a handful of studies that potentially support the premise that perhaps there could be a connection between the COVID-19 vaccine and the recent pediatric hepatitis cases.  

Scientific truth is based on a critical, methodical ongoing investigation into the data, the unfolding trends; not a continuous wave of ad hominem attacks along repeated denial that there is any truth to any of the vaccine critics for example. What’s behind the emergence of these pediatric hepatitis cases? TrialSite will continue to monitor the unfolding situation.

Danish Health Authority to Cease all COVID-19 Vaccinations by May 15—At Least for a While

While Denmark only has 5.8 million people, this Nordic nation has an impressive economy, sophisticated culture, and highly educated population. What goes on in Denmark should matter to the rest of the world. Yet medical and research news is often contained or cordoned off by country. The Danish Health Authority has announced it would temporarily stop all COVID-19 vaccination efforts by mid-May. The Nordic nation has ceased administration of a fourth dose showing far more restraint than in America.

The Scandinavian country became the first country to cease all pandemic restrictions by February 1st, as it notified its population that COVID-19 was no longer a critical threat. After all, with a highly vaccinated population, recognition of robust natural immunity for those already infected, waning infections, and stabilized rate of hospitalizations the Danish Health Authority made the move to essentially transition their nation to the endemic stage of COVID-19 as the virus was essentially in control.

Now, reports are that the Danish government has decided to cease its COVID-19 vaccination program starting May 15, 2022. However, public health officials stand ready to reactivate the vaccine program after the summer, as Scandinavia enters its chilly fall and dreary and cold winter.

But what about Booster doses?

According to the Danish Health Authority website,

“Due to the high level of immunity in the population, the current 3rd wave of covid-19 is flattening. The high vaccine coverage in Denmark means that we can handle the high incidence of infection without severe illness; this is especially due to many given booster doses. Therefore, the Danish Health Authority has assessed that a 3rd dose to people under the age of 18 and a 4th dose for further groups will not be offered for the time being. The Danish Health Authority is also considering phasing out the covid-19 vaccination program later in the spring.”

The Danish health authorities appear to want to avoid administering a fourth COVID-19 vaccine dose if at all possible.

This is similar to Dr. Anthony Fauci’s recently shared opinion that the pandemic has transitioned to endemic. Even with still uncomfortably high infection rates, the combination of vaccinated persons and those with natural immunity represents the vast majority of persons in many countries.

Thus, the Danish Health Authority reassessed all further vaccination efforts. This included a fourth dose for high-risk cohorts such as nursing homes.

What’s the Danish Health Authority's stance on boosters?

The public health agency uses interesting language for the fourth dose, declaring the “4th dose is currently not needed for many groups.” They declared, “Previous assessments by the Danish Health Authority showed that elders living in nursing homes and people over the age of 85 are well protected after a 3rd dose of vaccination.”

The agency continued, “Following a further review of the evidence, the Danish Health Authority has assessed that a 4th dose is currently not necessary for the oldest citizens.”

Bolette Søborg, the nation’s chief physician and Director of the Department of Preparedness and Infectious Diseases, Danish Health Authority went on the record:

“The high level of societal contagion has caused more infection at nursing homes and in the oldest age groups. Fortunately, at the same time, we have seen that only a few in these groups have experienced severe illness, which means there is continued strong protection from the 3rd dose. At the same time, we are also seeing a decline in the epidemic, and with spring soon arriving, we do not see the need for people living in nursing homes and people over 85 being offered a 4th dose this season.”

Dr. Søborg furthermore stated that “The Danish Health Authority will, of course, follow the epidemic closely, and we are ready to change our decision, if, against expectation, a fourth wave or a worrisome variant is detected during spring.”

What about a third dose?

The Danish Health Authority has determined at this time that based on the confluence of factors and forces mentioned above there is no “substantive basis for offering a 3rd dose to people under the age of 18.” The Danish agency notes that the European Medicines Agency (EMA) has not approved a 3rd dose for this cohort either.

What about young children aged 5 to 11?

The Danish Health Authority did advocate vaccination of children aged 5 to 11 not primarily as a means of protection for the children but to stop community transmission. Interestingly, this was during the Delta variant when durability challenges were first identified (e.g., breakthrough infections were already occurring with the vaccines and thus community transmission was a reality even after one became fully vaccinated). However, the effect of this strategy has been less than they expected, especially with the Omicron variant.

The chief physician went on the record:

“We extended the vaccination program to also include 5–11-year-olds in November, and I am satisfied with a coverage of about half the population. The effect of it is less than we had anticipated because we faced a different variant underway, but our new assessment shows that despite everything, by including the 5–11-year-olds in the vaccination program we have increased the immunity in the population against omicron by approx. 2 % at an important time of the epidemic. Even though children typically are not faced with severe illness due to covid-19 and that the protection of the children was not the primary reason for extending the vaccination program to this age group, we are happy to see very few vaccinated children getting the severe covid-19 syndrome MIS-C.”

This agency understands that children rarely get seriously ill from COVID-19 but from time-to-time MIS-C is a risk. Thus, the agency will continue recommending COVID-19 vaccination for children during the winter months as a means to protect against MIS-C.  Unfortunately, the Danish Health Authority doesn’t share their underlying risk-benefit calculus used to make that determination.

Vaccine expert warns DELUGE of COVID-19 vaccine complications will soon COLLAPSE the healthcare system Tuesday, April 26, 2022 by: Arsenio Toledo

(Natural News) Virus and vaccine expert Dr. Geert Vanden Bossche believes the massive amount of complications caused by the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines can collapse the healthcare systems of entire nations.

Vanden Bossche formerly worked as a senior officer for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, and then as a senior program manager for the Gates Foundation-funded Global Alliance for Vaccines and Immunization.

He gave this warning on Nov. 20, 2021, in a video message titled “Message to Austria,” which was released to coincide with a large rally in Vienna opposing COVID-19 restrictions.

As his first warning, Vanden Bossche advised Austrians to “never, ever … allow anything, or anybody, to interfere or suppress your innate immune system.” He explained that a person’s natural immune system is his or her first line of defense against infections. Vanden Bossche further explained that the so-called antibodies provided by the COVID-19 vaccines suppress the body’s innate immune system and vaccines cannot substitute for it because the effectiveness of these so-called antibodies plummets quickly after injection and do not actually prevent infection or transmission of the virus.

If the COVID-19 vaccines are not helpful for adults, Vanden Bossche warns that this is especially true for children.

Vanden Bossche warned that the innate immunity of children “can easily be suppressed by vaccinal antibodies” because their antibodies are “so young and so naive that they can easily be outcompeted by vaccinal antibodies.”

He further warned that the continued vaccination of children could lead to a surge in autoimmune diseases in the world’s youth. Therefore, vaccinating children “is an absolute no-go,” he said. “We cannot vaccinate our children with these vaccines.”

Vanden Bossche later said those who have gotten themselves vaccinated should not get booster vaccine doses, calling it “absolutely insane” to do so.

“What this will do is just further increase the immune pressure of the vaccinal antibodies on their innate immunity,” he said. “Absolute nonsense. It is dangerous and should not be done.”

He also mentioned that when the fully vaccinated and boosted come up against different diseases, what little remains of their immune systems will have an extremely difficult time protecting the body.

Higher vaccination rates lead to higher likelihood of health system collapse

Vanden Bossche believes that the greatest weapon anti-vaccine protesters and health freedom advocates have against COVID-19 and the mandates is to not get vaccinated. He described this battle as a “fight for your health,” and if fewer people get vaccinated, the measures governments put in place will not be sustainable.

He also expressed great concern for the vaccinated, stating that health freedom advocates also need to treat them with compassion and understanding.

“We need to help them as much as we can because they will need extensive treatment in many cases,” he said. Vanden Bossche noted that he has observed that more and more fully vaccinated individuals are being hospitalized, and the rate at which they are ending up requiring treatment “is now steadily increasing.”

“Whereas more and more, with training of the innate immune system, with more exposure to the virus, more and more non-vaccinated people get protected,” said Vanden Bossche. “This will lead inevitably – and I am not a doomsday preacher – but this will inevitably lead to a collapse of our health system. It cannot be said otherwise.”

As a closing message, Vanden Bossche reiterated his point that COVID-19-related restrictions, such as lockdowns and mandates, are not sustainable no matter where they are put in place. He encouraged health freedom advocates fighting against restrictions to “stay calm,” and he shared a German saying that roughly translated to: “Strength is found in serenity.”

U.S. Seroprevalence Study Proves COVID-19 Not 10-Times More Deadly than Flu

On March 11, 2020, Anthony S. Fauci testified before U.S. Congress that the coronavirus from Wuhan, China was ten-times more deadly than the flu: Public Health Lessons Learned From Biases in Coronavirus Mortality Overestimation. Dr. Fauci appeared to arrive at his dire prediction by comparing a 1% case fatality rate of coronavirus with a 0.1% infection fatality rate of influenza. Because infections include reported cases as well as asymptomatic and mild to moderate infections that are not reported, there are usually many more infections than cases, and so the infection fatality rate is usually much lower than the case fatality rate. Furthermore, comparing the infection fatality rate of one infectious disease with the case fatality rate of another infectious disease, as Fauci did, makes no sense! The released study measures antibodies in a representative sample of the U.S population to estimate how many people have been infected with COVID-19. The study, conducted between September 2021 and February 2022, reported an infection rate from the omicron variant, which was as high as approximately 58%. With a U.S. population of 332,403,650, a COVID-19 infection rate of 58% involves 192,794,117 infected people.

As of April 26, 2022, there have been 1,018,727 U.S. COVID-19 deaths during the two-year pandemic: United States COVID - Coronavirus Statistics - Worldometer. Divide this in half to roughly approximate one influenza season, which averages about 509,363.5 deaths. The COVID-19 infection fatality rate is therefore 0.26% (509,363.5 deaths / 192,794,117 infections). This is still about twice as high as influenza (0.1%), but 0.26% could be an overestimation accounted for by the inclusion of deaths with COVID-19 along with deaths from COVID-19.

Nevertheless, even with this very rough approximation, and an inflated COVID-19 death count, results of this U.S. seroprevalence study prove that COVID-19 is nowhere near 10-times more deadly than the flu, as originally claimed by public health authorities like Dr. Fauci. Members from Congressional E&C Committee Send Demand Letter to NIH to Investigate EcoHealth Alliance—Cover-Up & Fraud?

Originally established in 1795 and now vested with the broadest jurisdiction of any of the current congressional authorizing committees, some members in the Committee on Energy and Commerce-- oldest standing legislative committee in the United States House of Representatives—now demands an investigation into the origins of COVID-19, starting with a demand letter to the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Acting Director Lawrence Tabak. The ask: the NIH must investigate Peter Daszak and EcoHealth Alliance in association with a possible cover-up and associated fraud related to coronavirus research at the Wuhan lab in China.

House Energy and Commerce Committee Republican Leader Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA), Subcommittee on Health Republican Leader Brett Guthrie (R-KY), and Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations Republican Leader Morgan Griffith (R-VA) sent a letter to Director Tabak with instructions.

EcoHealth Alliance president Peter Daszak and EcoHealth are suspected of violating policies related to both scientific research, and grant applications and reports. The members are requesting the NIH investigate Daszak and EcoHealth on whether data related to crucial research was purposefully withheld during the grant renewal process.

The representatives stated:

“Our review of EcoHealth Alliance’s reports about its humanized mice experiments at the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV) using funds from the National Institutes of Health (NIH) shows pervasive discrepancies, inconsistencies, and omissions in its progress reports and renewal application that raise serious questions about scientific and ethical misconduct, violations of NIH policies and regulations, and possible false statements and fraud.  Accordingly, we request the NIH investigate Dr. Peter Daszak, the Principal Investigator of R01AIll0964, and other EcoHealth officials to determine whether certain data related to mice deaths and other material information were intentionally withheld during the peer review process for EcoHealth’s grant renewal application.”

In the letter the representatives allege not only was EcoHealth Alliance in a financial crisis a few years ago but that also the group was covering up critical data from mice deaths to involvement in gain-of-function research which was banned in the U.S. for a period of time.

Covid “vaccines” can take a year (or more) to kill off their victims Thursday, April 28, 2022 by: Ethan Huff

(Natural News) Proof has emerged showing that death from Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “vaccine” is not always an immediate thing.

Dr. Avindra Nath, a physician from the United Kingdom’s National Health Service (NHS) who cares for the vaccine-injured, said he personally knows of a previously healthy 61-year-old man who died about a year after getting injected for the Fauci Flu.

Within days post-injection, the man developed severe neuropathy. And over the course of the following year, his body gradually clotted up before he suffered a massive stroke and perished.

The NHS knows about this case but still refuses to acknowledge it – or any of the other cases just like it, for that matter.

“The coroner confirmed the vaccine caused the death,” reported Steve Kirsch.

“This man was perfectly healthy before the vaccine and his health changed just days later with symptoms consistent with vaccine injured. The blood clots in the autopsy are unique to COVID vaccine recipients and not seen in prior years.”

People everywhere say fully vaccinated friends and family members are suddenly dropping dead

Chances are that the NHS will never report this death publicly. The government-run “health care” system will probably also never admit that COVID injections cause any health problems at all.

To confess this would be to confess that the jabs never should have been released in the first place because they are dangerous and ineffective at preventing disease – though it can take a while for the adverse events to appear.

“The bottom line is this: the ‘death window’ for the vaccine isn’t days or weeks; it’s at least a year and possibly more,” Kirsch said. (Related: COVID “vaccines” also cause AIDS)

“So just because you got your vaccine and are still alive 3 months later, it does not mean that you’re out of the woods.”

Kirsch asked his readers to report any cases they know of in which a person died from the jab(s) more than a year after getting needled. The following are some of their stories.

One person wrote that he knows of at least four men, all in their 40s and 50s, who suddenly dropped dead at some point after getting injected. Another wrote that her 41-year-old son was previously in good health but suddenly dropped dead from cardiac arrest after getting jabbed.

“He had two Pfizer shots in the past year,” the mother further wrote. “The coroner report indicated his heart was seriously enlarged.”

Another woman named Margaret wrote that her fully vaccinated friend, who was 43, died on April 15, 2022. The friend was found dead in her bed, and the autopsy report said it was caused by a heart attack.

“She had gained weight and had high blood pressure,” Margaret explained. “When do you see 43-year-olds die in their sleep from a heart attack?”

Someone else wrote that her previously healthy 60-year-old cousin suffered a series of mini-strokes after her Fauci Flu injections. Several other family members, also jabbed, suffered even worse outcomes.

“My aunt had her health ruined from stroke and inflammation of arteries, and had to sell her house,” this person wrote. “My healthy 85-year-old uncle dropped dead, presumably after his booster shot, while visiting his family.”

“My mom’s partner had cognitive impairment and died in the hospital three weeks after reluctantly getting his second shot. Another relative developed sudden stage 4 pancreatic cancer while my friend’s fiancé suffered seizures that his doctor blamed on anxiety over the wedding.”

“No one connects the dots but it is pretty obvious,” this same commenter concluded about all of the incidents. “Never had this much illness in family, ever. None of them had COVID, but after the injection a few got it.”
