Indiana Attorney General Issues Similar Letter to South Carolina’s AG TrialSite Staff

In January, the state of Indiana introduced a bill supporting “increased patient access to ivermectin for off label treatment of SARS-CoV-2 or Covid-19.” The bill enables health care providers to prescribe the “controversial drug” for treatment of coronavirus prohibits banning the medication. The bill also takes a hard stand against sanctioning doctors who prescribe ivermectin. It also prohibits employers from enforcing mandates, specifically vaccine mandates if an employee rejects the covid vaccination for either religious or medical reasons.

The Indiana Attorney General, Todd Rokita, has issued a letter of opinion regarding “off label prescription of medications for treatment and prevention of Covid-19.” In Rokita’s “official opinion,” the attorney general reinforces the idea that doctors and health care providers (HCP’s) licensed in the state of Indiana can prescribe off-label medications for the treatment of Covid-19. “Off-label prescribing and use of medications is a common and widespread practice in health care and falls within the standard of competent care unless additional circumstances would otherwise qualify it as malpractice.” Rokita does add the caveat: “The provider should consider informing the patient that the use is not an FDA-approved use to reduce the provider’s potential legal liability should a negative medical reaction occur.”

Indiana Medical Community Responds

Rokita’s opinion was met with pushback by Indiana’s medical community. Dr. Gabriel Bosslet of the Indiana University School of Medicine believes the attorney general issued the letter for “political purposes.” “Ivermectin is not standard of care at this point for COVID-19,” Bosslet said. “And so for a physician like me, it’s a confusing statement, because it implies that it is within the standard of care. And it’s not.” The Indiana bill takes into account the objections of the mainstream medical community and says, “the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana, the Indiana State Board of Nursing and the Indiana Board of Pharmacy may not deny, revoke, suspend or take disciplinary action against physicians, nurses or pharmacists who issue ivermectin to people.” The bill also stipulates, as the attorney general wrote, the patient should be informed about the drug and recommends the importance of “follow up care.”

A Trend Among Attorneys Generals

Indiana is in step with the attorney general of South Carolina and some U.S. senators. The federal trend is being led by Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin and the state direction by Attorney General Alan Wilson of South Carolina. The difference between the South Carolina AG’s letter and Todd Rokita’s letter is the South Carolina letter doesn’t address the contractual obligation between a doctor and the health care provider who employs the physician. Wilson simply affirms a doctor has a right to prescribe ivermectin. Some doctors in other states have done so and then been fired by their employers because the medication is not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The Indiana attorney general never mentions the relationship between doctor and employer. Though Todd Rokita’s letter seeks to enforce a doctor’s right to prescribe off-label medication, the AG concludes by saying: “The decision to prescribe a medication off-label is one that is best left to consultation between the patient and HCP in consideration of the medical circumstances of each situation. The OAG does not wish to interfere with such issues confined to the patient-doctor relationship. Rather, the OAG’s conclusion provides clear legal guidance to HCPs as well as Hoosiers under their care”. This is guidance for doctors and patients but not for hospitals and doctors. Some hospitals in Indiana have prevented the use of ivermectin to treat patients, which has resulted in lawsuits by families.

In both Indiana and South Carolina, even though doctors can prescribe the one-time “miracle drug” and not suffer legal consequences, they may still be hampered by hospitals conforming to the rules of the FDA. 

Propaganda, Corporatism, and the Hidden Global Coup Le Bon and Goebbels teach us about modern State and NGO-sponsored Propaganda during COVID Robert W Malone MD, MS

Knowledge of the theory and practical implementation of mass formation psychology can and is being used by propagandists, governments and the World Economic Forum to sway large groups of people to act for the benefit of the propagandists’ objectives. Although a major crisis of some sort can be extremely useful for propagandists to take advantage of (war, hyperinflation or public health for example), these psychological theories can and often are applied even without strong evidence of a compelling crisis.  For this to be effective, the leader just has to be sufficiently compelling.

One current example involves the almost global acceptance of mask use by the general population over the past two years. Because Fauci and his acolytes at the CDC insisted that masks work, public acceptance of a very intrusive element into people’s lives was almost universal. Data demonstrating lack of effectiveness of masks for preventing spread of the SARS-CoV-2 virus are largely irrelevant and either rejected or unable for its existence to be acknowledged by those who have become hypnotized by the mass formation process. Even the logic of masking children was accepted without question despite the clear and compelling evidence of harm.

Paul Joseph Goebbels was the chief German propagandist for the Nazi Party, and then was promoted to the Reich Minister of Propaganda from 1933 to 1945. He was truly a master and arguably the creator of the concept that the State can control people by introducing propaganda into the news to enable the State-based control of entire populations. Goebbels’ wicked brilliance was to exploit racism as a tool to promote German nationalism to the point of mobilizing and motivating Germany to engage in a globalized war for political, military and economic dominance. His writings and speeches on propaganda have been studied by leaders and governments ever since, much as the writings of Niccolò Machiavelli continue to be a cornerstone of modern interstate realpolitik. Examples of Goebbels’ insights include the following:

“There was no point in seeking to convert the intellectuals. For intellectuals would never be converted and would anyway always yield to the stronger, and this will always be "the man in the street." Arguments must therefore be crude, clear and forcible, and appeal to emotions and instincts, not the intellect. Truth was unimportant and entirely subordinate to tactics and psychology.”

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the state can shield the people from the political, economic, and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for The State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of The State.” 

Goebbels applied the theories behind what is now described by Dr. Mattias Desmet as mass formation psychosis to practical politics within a nation-state.  Academic writings concerning the formation of a “mass” or a crowd, otherwise known as mass formation, was an accepted discipline during the time when Goebbels was developing his insights, with many scholars including Gustave Le Bon (1841-1931), Freud, McDougal, and Canetti being leading intellectual contributors to his thinking.  

Le Bon, a French social psychologist, is often seen as the founder of the study of crowd (group) psychology. Le Bon defined a crowd as a group of individuals united by a common idea, belief, or ideology, and he believed when an individual becomes part of a crowd, he/she undergoes a profound psychological transformation. The individual ceases to think independently and instead relies on the group synthesis of a set of simplified ideas.  According to this theory, crowd formation requires a set of simplified ideas that the group incorporates, at which point an individual who has become integrated into the group ceases to psychologically exist as an independent mind and functionally becomes hypnotized.

Le Bon maintained that a group typically forms around an influential idea that unites a number of individuals, and this idea then propels the group (or mass) to act towards a common goal. However, he also concluded that these influential ideas are never created by members of the crowd. Instead, they are most often given to the crowd by a leader or set of leaders. According to Le Bon, in order for an idea to unite and influence a crowd, it must first be dumbed down to the level that the entire crowd can understand it.  It must be easily understood by all within the crowd.

Just to provide a current example, a scientific discipline could develop a new type of vaccine as a solution to a public health crisis. That complex research and resulting technology may have required decades of effort. On average, the crowd as a whole would be incapable of comprehending such complex theories or technologies, so socially engineering acceptance of the vaccine (by a crowd or mass) would require this new concept for vaccination to be thoroughly simplified before the idea could become the focus of a hypnotic, single minded belief in the solution (the new type of vaccine). Le Bon proposed that this is where group leaders come in. Under the Le Bon model, the leader of a crowd (for example, someone like Fauci) will enable this process by distilling these complicated concepts (or technologies) down to a small set of simplified ideas that the crowd can accept, incorporate and act upon as their own.  One of the most important elements of this is the requirement for a “trusted leader” to be accepted by the crowd. Once a crowd truly accepts a leader, it is almost impossible for them to reject that leader, whether or not the lies that he or she may tell are actually done with “noble” intent or purpose.

Over the last two years, we have seen clear evidence that both our government as well as those of Great Britain and many other western democracies have learned and actively apply the lessons of Gustave Le Bon and Joseph Goebbels quite well.

Going back in time, in a book titled Propaganda and Persuasion, historians Jowett & O'Donnell wrote about Hitler’s basic principles of propaganda, which were based upon Goebbels work and advice.  They are:

• Avoid abstract ideas - appeal to the emotions.

• Constantly repeat just a few ideas. Use stereotyped phrases.

• Give only one side of the argument.

• Continuously criticize your opponents.

• Pick out one special "enemy" for special vilification.

In looking back over the last two years, it is clear that each of these core principles have been deployed against us, and in particular have been deployed against “anti vaxxer” physicians, scientists and lawyers who have been speaking out against the totalitarian practices of western governments, CDC and WHO-approved narratives (which we now know were actually yet more propaganda), discussing early treatment, or trying to examine or explore the data concerning vaccine adverse events or the logic of universal vaccination. So was my citing Nazi Germany as an example of “Mass Formation Psychosis” during the Joe Rogan Experience podcast #1757 inappropriate? Seems to me it was absolutely appropriate. I was actually being quite conservative by not going further with that example.

Unfortunately, both national and world governmental organizations have learned more than just the lessons of mass psychosis and propaganda.  World governments and large financial interests have now united to produce harmonized propaganda through a wide variety of media outlets, such as big tech, social media, and main stream media.  We have entered a new era of total thought control exerted on a global scale, which is often referred to as psychological operations or psy-ops.

Before proceeding further, it is important to provide examples to illustrate what going on in the modern psy-ops operations led by governments, non-governmental organizations, global forums such as the United Nations and World Health Organization, and the World Economic Forum. Helpful examples include the following:

Operation Mockingbird: Operation Mockingbird was organized by Allen Dulles and Cord Meyer in 1950. The CIA spent about of one billion dollars a year in today’s dollars, hiring journalists from Corporate Media including CBS, The New York Times, ABC, NBC, Newsweek, Associated Press and others, to promote their point of view. The original operation reportedly involved some 3,000 CIA operatives and hired over 400 journalists. In 1976, the domestic operation supposedly closed, but less than half of the media operatives were let go. Furthermore, documentary evidence shows that much of the Operation Mockingbird was off-shored at that time.  It is rumored that British Intelligence picked up many of the duties of operation mockingbird on behalf of the US intelligence community (see the Trusted News Initiative).

The Trusted News Initiative (TNI): Is a British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) led organization which has been actively censoring eminent doctors, academics, and those with dissenting voices that contravene the official COVID -19 narrative. Anything contrary to this narrative is considered disinformation or misinformation and will be deleted, suppressed or de-platformed.  Misinformation and disinformation are considered anything not aligned with the World Health Organization and/or the regional Public Health Authority-approved “truth”. In the case of the USA – that “truth” is established by Anthony Fauci, the CDC and the FDA. The TNI uses advocacy journalism and journals to promote their causes. The Trusted News Initiative is more than this though; if you go back to Hitler’s basic principles, the members of the TNI are using these core principles to control the public. The known TNI partners include: Associated Press, AFP; BBC, CBC/Radio-Canada, European Broadcasting Union (EBU), Facebook (whose founders fund article being written for the The Atlantic), Financial Times, First Draft, Google, The Hindu, Microsoft, New York Times, Reuters, Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism, Twitter, You Tube, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post. 

World Economic Forum: The World Economic Forum (WEF) is one of the key think-tanks and meeting places for the management of global capitalism, and is arguably coherent enough to qualify as the leading global “deep state” organization. Under the leadership of professor Klaus Schwab, it has played an increasingly important role in coordinating the globalized hegemony of large pools of transnational capital and associated large corporations over western democracies during the last three decades. Many of its members are active in using COVID-19 to carry out a "Great Reset" (as described in the writings of Klaus Schwab) to dispossess and implement digital tracking and control of people as a step towards what many believe will institute a techno-feudalism as well as the WEF objective of a fourth industrial revolution incorporating technologies collectively referred to as “transhumanism”.  Genetic mRNA vaccines have been identified by both western governments as well as the WEF as a first step towards an inevitable “transhumanism” agenda.

Social Credit systems: China’s social credit system is a combination of government and business surveillance that gives citizens a “score” that can restrict the ability of individuals or corporations to function in the modern world by limiting purchases, acquiring property or taking loans based on past behaviors. Of course, how one uses the internet directly impacts the social credit score. This is the origin of the social credit system that appears to be evolving in the United States.  Environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics are a kind of social credit system designed to coerce businesses—and, by extension, individuals and all of society—to transform their practices, behaviors and thinking. Many government leaders in USA who have been trained by the WEF Young Leaders or Influencers programs are pushing this scoring system and actively promoting the idea in the USA. Already, financial institutions such as Paypal and GoFundMe, as well as some more mainstream banking systems, are actively deciding who can use their services based on a social credit scoring system (Haskins, 2022).

WEF Young Leaders Program: is a five-year World Economic Forum training program that hand-picks individuals most likely to succeed in politics, corporate governance and as key influential royalty.  The WEF helps connect these graduates with leaders and capital to ensure that they rise in the ranks of national or world politics and/or corporate governance.  The training program agenda is kept secret, and it is very rare that a graduate will discuss the program publicly. However, the benefits of global corporatism, combined with social engineering are main conponents of the program. The Young Leaders program started in 1992 (under a different name) and has graduated close to 4,000 people.  They include a “who’s who” of leaders and influencers in politics, big tech, media, the pharmaceutical industry, and finance.

The Great Reset: Economist Peter Koenig is a geopolitical analyst and a former Senior Economist at the World Bank and the World Health Organization (WHO), where he has worked for over 30 years on water and environment around the world. He lectures at universities in the US, Europe and South America. He describes a plan, commonly known as “The Great Reset”, which the Rockefellers, the Gates, the WEF and the Rothschilds are implementing as the domination of a small minority of corporate globalists over the majority of the population.  They are using the cover of anti-COVID measures and an overstated public health crisis to push through these measures.

Koenig claims to have coined the term in October 2020 as shorthand to represent a plan designed as the “the antidote to 'democracy'. The Great Reset would be the total corporate takeover of all aspects of life. As defined by Koenig, the Great Reset involves using the global technocratic biosecurity state (otherwise known as the global public health system) to implement these changes. The end results will mean extensive restrictions on the physical environment around people, a forced digitization, and a loss of bodily autonomy (having a say in your own health decisions).

On face value, “The Great Reset” is also the title used for the 50th annual meeting of the World Economic Forum, which was held during June 2020. The event brought together high-profile business and political leaders, and was convened by Charles, Prince of Wales and the WEF, with the theme of rebuilding society and the economy following the COVID-19 pandemic. The above description is what one finds on your basic search engine and again, but the motives are less than pure. A less flattering definition of The Great Reset would be Capitalism with Chinese characteristics: A two-tiered economy, with profitable monopolies and the state on top and socialism for the majority below.

With these basic terms in our toolbox, let’s return to the central topic. In the coordinated propaganda and censorship response to the COVID-19 public health crisis, globalists and corporatists are directly incorporating Hitler’s own principles for crowd control. If we look closer, we can clearly see coordinated actions by the BBC-led Trusted News Initiative, various Scientific Technological Elite, large financial groups (such as Vanguard, BlackRock and State Street), and the World Economic Forum acting in real time to suppress a growing awareness by the general public of having been actively manipulated. It is increasingly becoming clear that these organizations and aligned nation-states have been using crowd psychology tools to generate significant fear and anxiety of COVID-19 to advance their agendas on a global scale. They have used COVID to drive a planned and coordinated agenda, the Great Reset.

Multiple governments have now admitted to actively using fear and 'Mass Formation'-related theories as a tool for totalitarian population control during this outbreak. These are basically psychological operations aimed at populations of nations.  One glaring example has been operating in the UK:

“Scientists on a committee that encouraged the use of fear to control people’s behavior during the Covid pandemic have admitted its work was “unethical” and “totalitarian”.

SPI-B warned in March last year that ministers needed to increase “the perceived level of personal threat” from Covid-19 because “a substantial number of people still do not feel sufficiently personally threatened”.

Gavin Morgan, a psychologist on the team, said: “Clearly, using fear as a means of control is not ethical. Using fear smacks of totalitarianism. It’s not an ethical stance for any modern government. By nature I am an optimistic person, but all this has given me a more pessimistic view of people.”

Of course all of this has been occurring at the same time that Omicron is destroying the legitimacy of government and WHO propaganda concerning the “Safe and Effective” mRNA vaccines and associated mandates. In fact, the various “factchecker” and “advocacy journalists” seem to have doubled down on this form of “digital hate”.

So where do we go from here? Many suspect that Joe Biden will use the state of the union address to move towards normalization and pivot to another major propaganda effort focused on Russia and the Ukrane. Saturday Night Live is now making light of the impact of the effects of the “behavior control” that we have all been subjected to, which I suppose is another sign that this is finally winding down. But the damage done has been profound. Lives unnecessarily lost, businesses decamated, careers distroyed, and I do not even know where to begin with our entire healthcare system and associated federal health and human services bureaucracy.

Long ago when I had twitter and Linked In accounts, before being deplatformed for posting the Canadian COVID Care Alliance video documenting the Pfizer clinical research malfeasance I warned of the potential public health consequences of data revealing that Ivermectin was safe and had some effectiveness against COVID, that the “lab leak hypothesis” had merit, and that the genetic vaccines were not completely safe and effective. Instead of coming clean, the propagandists doubled down. And now we have not only profoundly damaged the vaccine mission and public health in general, but we have distroyed public trust in Physicians, academic medicine, and the entire hospital system. That damage is going to take decades to rebuild, and I hardly know where to start or how to think through what steps will be required.

While composing this, I have also been corresponding with a colleague who is also a lawyer and a mother. I think her last text provides an excellent summary of my position. There must be accountability.

Well, we are not going to let them “just move on” - they will pay for what they did. We will legally challenge everything they did to prevent it from happening again and then we will reform education so that our children know how to recognize the signs of tyranny in the future.

New Study: mRNA Vaccines Alter Human Liver DNA In Vitro?

Pfizer’s BioNTech vaccine causes intracellular reverse transcription of BNT162b2 mRNA into human DNA in vitro, renewing concerns that vaccines may introduce spike protein into the nuclei of cells.

The findings emerged Friday in a peer-reviewed article entitled “Intracellular Reverse Transcription of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 In Vitro in Human Liver Cell Line” in the Current Issues in Molecular Biology Journal, an imprint of MDPI, the largest open-access publisher in the world and the fifth-largest publisher overall in terms of journal paper output.

Researchers Warn: Pfizer Vaccine May Affect Integrity of Genomic DNA

“Our study shows that BNT162b2 can be reverse transcribed to DNA in liver cell line Huh7, and this may give rise to the concern if BNT162b2-derived DNA may be integrated into the host genome and affect the integrity of genomic DNA, which may potentially mediate genotoxic side effects,” the authors warn.

The study, authored by a team of Swedish researchers at Lund University, concluded that Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA vaccine entered the human liver cell line Huh7 in vitro and BNT162b2 mRNA was subsequently transcribed intracellularly into DNA within six hours of exposure.

An “Immortal” Human Cell Line

The Huh7 cell line is a permanent line of liver cells derived from male hepatoma tissue that was surgically removed from a 57-year-old Japanese man in 1982. For the next 40 years, Huh7 and its derivatives were used in thousands of laboratories across the planet as a convenient experimental substitute for primary hepatocytes. 

Hepatocytes, the major parenchymal cells in the liver, play pivotal roles in metabolism, detoxification, and protein synthesis. Hepatocytes also activate innate immunity against invading microorganisms by secreting innate immunity proteins.

In Vitro Vs. In Vivo Caveats

Researchers who conduct in vitro studies commonly remind that results that emerge from laboratories and test tubes often differ from results which are derived in living, fully intact organisms. And the Huh7, itself, has limitations that could introduce errors or anomalies into laboratory results. 

Still, the study conducted by researchers at one of Europe’s oldest and most prestigious research institutions raises serious questions about Pfizer’s mRNA vaccines’ impact on human DNA, which have yet to be subjected to the typical years-long (or decades-long) battery of long-term safety monitoring protocols.

Changes in Gene Expression of LINE-1

The study authors exposed Huh7 cells to Pfizer’s BNT162b2 mRNA and then performed a quantitative polymerase chain reaction on RNA extracted from the cells. The research team discovered high levels of BNT162b2 in Huh7 cells and changes in gene expression of long interspersed nuclear element-1, or LINE-1, which is an endogenous reverse transcriptase.

BNT162b2 mRNA Reverse Transcribed Into DNA Within Six Hours Of Exposure

The authors conclude that BNT162b2 transfects into human liver cell line huh7 in vitro, altering LINE-1 expression and distribution. The authors also find that “BNT162b2 mRNA is reverse transcribed intracellularly into DNA in as fast as six hours upon BNT162b2 exposure.”

BNT162b2 is a lipid nanoparticle (LNP)–encapsulated, nucleoside-modified RNA vaccine (modRNA) which resembles gene therapy platforms. Pfizer’s mRNA vaccine encodes the full-length of SARS-CoV-2 spike protein. That spike protein is modified by two proline mutations to ensure antigenically optimal pre-fusion conformation, mimicking the intact virus to elicit virus-neutralizing antibodies.

A recent study showed that SARS-CoV-2 RNAs can be reverse-transcribed and integrated into the genome of human cells, which the authors said led them to investigate whether spike transfected by mRNA vaccines might have comparable effects.

CDC Says mRNA Vaccines Does Not Enter Nuclei or Interact With DNA

mRNA vaccines were not designed to invade human cells’ nuclei. In fact, the United States Centers for Disease Control claimed in December that “COVID-19 vaccines do not change or interact with your DNA in any way.”

“The genetic material delivered by mRNA vaccines never enters the nucleus of your cells, which is where your DNA is kept,” the government agency website said. “Viral vector COVID-19 vaccines deliver genetic material to the cell nucleus to allow our cells to build protection against COVID-19. In “Trouble in Paradise Surrounding the use of Ivermectin” Sonia Elijah reported that Dr. Gilbertha St. Rose, an integrative healthcare physician was at the center of a storm brewing in the Caribbean island nation of Saint. Lucia. An advocate for early treatment of COVID-19 with therapies such as ivermectin, the doctor had been summoned to go before the Saint Lucia Medical and Dental Council (SLMDC) to face “medical misconduct” charges. Since then, a judge issued a stay of execution on a decision by the SLMDC to not only fine Dr. St. Rose but also suspend her license.

Vaccine hesitancy in the Caribbean is high.  With a population of about 170,000, this southeastern Caribbean nation, about 28% of the population is fully vaccinated. The island nation’s Ministry of Health and Wellness reports over 20,000 SARS-CoV-2 cases overall and 358 deaths.

Dr. St. Rose takes on the Establishment

With a $10,000 fine and six-month suspension, attorneys for the doctor applied for leave to initiate a Judicial Review of the December 8 punishment. Now on February 18, 2022, Justice Rohan A. Philip ruled in favor of the doctor. However, the judge included a condition—Dr. St. Rose cannot prescribe Ivermectin to her patients until the case is resolved, reports St. Lucia News Online.

The island’s medical establishment came after Dr. St. Rose with heavy allegations. Dr. Sharon Belmar George, the SLMDC Chief Medical Officer as well as the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs accused her of not only promoting an “unauthorized drug” but also alleged that St. Rose was “engaging in clinical trials of ivermectin, contrary to local regulations” reports the local media.

With two weeks to file the argument against the fine and license suspension, Dr. St. Rose not only rejected these claims but strongly sought to counter the claims. She told the press “She was simply utilizing her medical and professional autonomy in the use of an approved drug.” In normal times physicians can care for patients in such a manner.

The doctor also claimed that she was “Using the drug off-label, safely and efficaciously, as has been increasingly occurring with many other drugs, including Ivermectin, in the private and even public sectors the world over.”

Dr. St. Rose is correct in that dozens of nations have allowed, if not just for temporary or provisional purposes the use of ivermectin. From India and Bangladesh to South Africa and Slovakia health authorities have embraced ivermectin as an emergency, off-label treatment against COVID-19.

Controversy Reigns

A controversial topic in the United States dozens of state legislatures are proposing laws to protect physicians prescribing certain FDA-approved, off-label drugs such as ivermectin and even hydroxychloroquine. With nearly 79 human studies completed during the pandemic, most medical national establishments, as well as the World Health Organization (WHO), reject any positive study results as the result of inferior, poorly designed studies.  

While a handful of high-profile studies failed to show efficacy, those outcomes were immediately embraced by mainstream media.

The supply chain shortages will get WORSE and will persist for YEARS.

16/ 23 On the agricultural side, it looks like Ukraine’s traditional spring planting of crops is a bust. And Russia’s crops will face export restrictions. Odessa and the other ports along Ukraine’s southern border are non-functional for commercial activity. This means a HUGE lack of wheat, corn and soy for Middle Eastern countries as well as Southeast Asian nations that traditional purchase from Ukraine. Effectively, this will put massive pressure on food prices across the globe, contributing heavily to rising food inflation in 2022 – 2023.

17/23 Economically, this all means we can expect HUGE price increases in food, materials and energy (we must consider the Nordstream 2 pipeline being shuttered by Germany) with expected spikes in gold and silver that will likely be targeted by paper contract selling by the corrupt banks in order to artificially suppress “spot” gold and silver. But the organic, natural upward pressure of prices on both metals will be intense. Effectively, globalists have set off a global war against not just Russia, but against HUMANITY, and billions of innocent people will suffer the consequences.

18/23 Hydrocarbons are used to create fertilizers via the Haber chemical process which converts hydrocarbons into ammonia (NH3) by grabbing nitrogen from the air (atmosphere is about 79% nitrogen). This puts nitrogen into a form that plants can use as food. Right now, about 5 billion people around the globe depend on this Haber equation to feed themselves. With Russia’s pipelines shut down, and Biden attacking America’s energy sector, and bans on fertilizer exports, we can expect a GLOBAL FERTILIZER SHORTAGE that will lead to widespread food inflation and famine.

19/23 FARMING is about to get extremely difficult (supply chain disruptions for spare parts) and expensive (fuel prices), with vastly increased global demand on prices for crops. Fertilizer production will remain alarmingly low in Europe and North America. The only policy that would reverse this and lower food prices would be for Biden to open up oil drilling, pipelines and energy exploration. This would also hurt Russia due to falling energy prices, but Biden would rather PUNISH America than punish Biden, so the restrictions will stay in place.

20/23 Remember, HIGH energy prices hurt the American people but help Putin. LOW energy prices help the American people (and result in affordable food) but hurt Putin due to Russia’s reliance on energy exports. Thus, Biden’s anti-energy policies are specifically targeting the American people with what are essentially energy sanctions, while there are NO sanctions placed in Russia’s energy exports as they head for record prices. Stated again, Biden is clobbering America and aiding Russia. Americans will starve while Putin rakes in the energy cash. (All by design.)

21/23 We predict food riots in US cities at some point as food inflation makes even basic sustenance unaffordable to low-wage workers. The working poor are headed toward a massive uprising as both fuel and food become nearly impossible to afford, even at $12 – $15 hourly wages. At some point soon, just driving to work makes no economic sense because the gas is nearly as expensive as what people earn at work. For many, it will make more sense to stay home, collect unemployment money and live on cheap beans and rice. The incentive to work is being decimated.

22/23 In all, these factors combine (food, war, fuel, inflation, currency, etc.) to create a total collapse of the world we once knew. Forget about affordable food or just-in-time delivery of anything. The world is about to become extremely inconvenient, expensive and broken. FAMOTIDINE SHOWN TO SIGNIFICANTLY DECREASE COVID SYMPTOMS IN 55-PATIENT RANDOMIZED TRIAL doctrumpet February 26, 2022

Famotidine, the over-the-counter heartburn drug, pepcid, was shown to significantly decrease COVID symptoms in a 55-patient randomized trial authored by Dr. Tobias Janowitz and published in the BMJ journal Gut February 10, 2022. Famotidine has been studied since early in the pandemic after it appeared to decrease mortality in Wuhan. It has been the subject of numerous TrialSite News articles, including one I was involved with, The Promise of Famotidine 10/4/21. 

Back in early 2020, it was thought that to treat hospitalized patients one needed to kill the virus. It took a while to realize that there was little to no viral replication ensuing after seven days and that illness in hospitalized patients is dominated by inflammation. The same flawed thinking was involved in studying Gilead’s antiviral, remdesivir, in inpatients. Not surprisingly, in non-drug company-sponsored inpatient trials, it has been shown to be ineffective in inpatients and the World Health Organization (WHO) recommends against using remdesivir. That did not stop the U.S. government from continuing to incentivize US hospitals to give it. In the first 9 months of 2021, hospitals spent $4.2 billion on the drug.

The three-dimensional structure of famotidine suggested it blocked the protease involved in viral replication, however a $21 million government-sponsored study of high dose IV famotidine at Northwell Health was never completed. Eventually, it was tried haphazardly both intravenously and orally and appeared to be beneficial in a number of nonrandomized studies. Dr. Tobias Janowitz, a cancer researcher, working at Cold Spring Harbor Labs in New York, affiliated with Northwell Health, treated 10 consecutive patients with an average of 80 mg orally 3 times a day with good results and reported it in Sept 2020 in the BMJ’s journal Gut.

By the summer of 2020, it was known that famotidine did not block the viral protease and it was working by blocking H2 receptors on mast cells which release histamine and other chemicals and are responsible for allergies. Mast cells lie just under the epithelium of the skin and endothelial lining of the gut and other places. They interact with adjacent nerves in a complex way. They respond to foreign substances like infectious agents via histamine and other substances to interact with other white blood cells. Only the allergy/immunology community has any understanding of them. It was then thought by many that mast cells initiate cytokine storms mainly via the release of histamine and/or other chemicals. In March 2021 Dr. Robert Malone and many other researchers published a series of experiments confirming that H2 blockade was the mechanism of action of famotidine. Dr. Robert Malone Famotidine and COVID

In 2020, the NIH ACTIV committee voted not to not do a large, randomized trial to look for evidence that famotidine could help COVID patients who at the time had no outpatient therapy available. No antivirals or monoclonal antibodies were available to Americans then. Donald Trump’s medical team treated him with famotidine. Vaccines had not yet been deployed. The ACTIV committee’s inaction made no sense to me. I had not yet figured out that NIH was doing its best to prevent all repurposed drugs from being used to treat COVID.

In January 2021, I sent an email with Dr. Lawrence Afrin’s review article to the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology(AAAAI). The letter was also sent to NIAID deputy director, Dr. Cliff Lane, and the head of their mast cell section, Dr. Dean Metcalfe. The review article by Dr. Afrin suggested that 17% of the population has underlying mast cell activation syndrome and that those were the people who were unexpectedly getting really sick because their mast cells were abnormal and in response to the virus released histamine and other chemicals which initiated cytokine storms caused by other white blood cells. Afrin COVID and mast cells

On January 25, 2021, I emailed Dr. Giselle Mosnaim, president-elect, and Dr. Mariana Castells at Brigham and Women’s, head of research for 7,000 members of the American Association of Asthma Allergy and Immunology (AAAAI). In that email, I suggested they study mast cell therapies and perform a study to determine if ivermectin’s anti-inflammatory activity was due to it being a mast cell stabilizer. Drs. Mosnaim and Castells sent back a pleasant response: 

Thank you very much, Dr. Goodkin, for bringing to our attention the role of mast cells in the cytokine storm of Covid-19 infected patients and the potential use of ivermectin. It is of critical importance to have controlled clinical trials with placebo regarding ivermectin, and I believe my hospital, the Brigham and Women’s Hospital, is considering one. 

We have a manuscript under revision indicating that patients with mast cell activation disorders, including cutaneous and systemic mastocytosis have mild Covid19 infections, and there have been no deaths, Intubations or ICU needs, indicating that mast cell activation disorders are not a risk factor for Covid19 infections or severity. More importantly, we have international collaboration with several European laboratories and have been looking at the expression of the ACE-2 receptor on mast cells and mast cells do not have the protein or the RNA for the ACE-2 receptor and cannot be infected by Covid19. It is unlikely that IL-6 is coming from mast cells currently, and we are further investigating its origin. We have a manuscript under revision with this important information.

Dr. Castells subsequently showed that the mast cells in the nose of her mast cell patients did not have ACE2 receptors. Her contention was that the lack of ACE2 receptors in the noses and probably all the mast cells of her patients with cutaneous and systemic mastocytosis was why they failed to become very sick if they contracted COVID. Dr. Theoharis Theoharides had said that normal mast cells do have ACE2 receptors. He suggested the use of mast cell stabilizers Quercetin and luteolin. Theoharides Mast Cells and COVID  Further confusing things is that most mast cell disease patients are on H1 and H2 blockers. The data suggest that mast cells clearly are involved in the morbidity of COVID and that the morbidity can be helped by famotidine and quercetin. A lot of work needs to be done.

AAAAI made their interest known to the coronavirus task force, including forwarding my email but then they mysteriously lost interest and did nothing with famotidine or any of the other mast cell therapies. I was informed that Dr. Afrin’s article was just theories. Either they decided COVID had nothing to do with mast cells or were scared off by the government. I assumed, with no actual evidence, that the latter was true. In either event, they did the world a terrible disservice by not encouraging further research into mast cell therapies for COVID by the allergy/immunology community.

At the AAAAI annual meeting in Phoenix 2/25-2/28, none of the 227 abstracts mention mast cell therapies for COVID. Looking at their program one would not know there was any relationship between COVID and mast cells. I have been very upset with AAAAI and have let some board members know about it. I, possibly incorrectly, assumed they had been shut down by our government who has fought hard to prevent early COVID patients from receiving any repurposed drugs. Had been shut down by our government, I now realize that had they gone public about government interference, they would not have been believed, the press would have ignored them, they would have gotten no funding to do any research, and they would have been attacked mercilessly. On the other hand, had they told their 7000 allergists about mast cells and COVID, those allergists would have done a lot of good.

Back to Dr. Janowitz’ article. From January to April 2021 they randomized 55 patients to famotidine 80 mg orally 3 times a day(N=28) or placebo(N=27) fr 14 consecutive days. Endpoints were time to (primary) or rate of (secondary) symptom resolution, and resolution of inflammation (exploratory).

Results Of 55 patients in the intention-to-treat group (median age 35 years (IQR: 20); 35 women (64%); 18 African American (33%); 14 Hispanic (26%)), 52 (95%) completed the trial, submitting 1358 electronic symptom surveys. Time to symptom resolution was not statistically improved (p=0.4). Rate of symptom resolution was improved for patients taking famotidine (p<0.0001). Estimated 50% reduction of overall baseline symptom scores were achieved at 8.2 days (95% CI: 7 to 9.8 days) for famotidine and 11.4 days (95% CI: 10.3 to 12.6 days) for placebo treated patients. Differences were independent of patient sex, race or ethnicity. Five self-limiting adverse events occurred (famotidine, n=2 (40%); placebo, n=3 (60%)). On day 7, fewer patients on famotidine had detectable interferon alpha plasma levels (p=0.04). Plasma immunoglobulin type G levels to SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid core protein were similar between both arms.

Significance of this study

What is already known on this subject?

• COVID-19 is caused by the SARS-CoV-2.

• Cytokine release drives inflammation and poor outcome in patients with COVID-19.

• Famotidine is a histamine 2 receptor antagonist that is globally used to reduce gastric reflux symptoms and treat gastric ulcers.

• In laboratory studies, famotidine reduced type-I interferon release from virally infected epithelial cells.

• Famotidine improved the outcome of patients with COVID-19 in some retrospective studies and a case series, but evidence from a clinical trial is lacking.

What are the new findings?

• In this randomised, double-blind and placebo-controlled clinical trial, oral famotidine was safe and well tolerated.

• Patients with mild to moderate symptoms from COVID-19 on famotidine experienced more rapid symptom resolution.

• Famotidine induced earlier resolution of type-I interferon levels in patients with COVID-19.

The study results were not overwhelming in a group of patients 35 years old although I would think that almost anyone who gets COVID would want to take a cheap, safe, over-the-counter drug, which would make them get better faster and be twice as likely to make them be asymptomatic at two weeks. At this point, we have no idea whether famotidine alone or in combination with other mast cell therapies would lower rates of hospitalization and mortality in high-risk patients. These are very important questions for the world. We have no idea what the combination of famotidine and fluvoxamine, another drug with substantial data, would do for omicron patients. The failure of everyone of any importance in the United States to encourage doctors to recommend famotidine and fluvoxamine to early COVID patients is incomprehensible.

In a CNN article, Drs. William Schaffner and Carlos Del Rio of the Infectious Disease Society of America were unimpressed with the results and said there was no reason to do a large randomized trial because antivirals and monoclonal antibodies are available in the US. They obviously are much more effective when taken early. The problem with that statement is that they are hideously expensive, not readily available, have no long-term safety record, must be used within the first 5 days and will never be widely available outside the US where few countries can afford them. The IDSA website shows that they have not reviewed famotidine since June 2020. There is no evidence that IDSA has any expertise with or interest in mast cell activation syndrome and the use of the multiple agents that could treat or prevent it. One would have thought that since it has been postulated since the summer of 2020 that mast cells initiate cytokine storms, that IDSA might have shown some interest. The National Institute of ALLERGY and Infectious Diseases(NIAID) has also shown no interest.

Had NIH started a large trial in 2020, it is likely that patients would have been able to go to a drug store and get a cheap, safe drug to help themselves. 3 other over-the-counter drugs were likely to help, H1 blocker zyrtec(cetirizine), mast cell stabilizers luteolin and quercetin. Generic cromolyn sodium and montelukast were likely to help. My daughter has mast cell activation syndrome related to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and POTS and has greatly benefitted from IgE antibody omalizumab(Xolair). Anti-IgE monoclonal antibodies as potential treament for COVID-19. A 200 patient trial in inpatients with COVID has started at McGill.

At this point, it appears very likely that besides its increased infectivity, the biggest difference between SarsCov2 and prior coronaviruses is its ability to cause mast cells to initiate cytokine storms. In the future, resistance could develop to any antiviral drugs and mutations could render monoclonal antibodies ineffective as happened with omicron. The ability to protect our mast cells and the complications of cytokine storm would appear crucial to protect us in future pandemics involving coronaviruses. Unfortunately, this concept has been lost on our governmental healthcare agencies and IDSA.

It has also been found that mast cell activation is involved in long COVID but few are aware of it. 

Therapies are badly needed. Treatment for mast cell disorders is likely to be effective and should be studied in randomized trials.

Thankfully, there are some researchers who have figured out the importance of mast cells and are doing the appropriate research. In 2020, Dr. Kevin Tomera and Dr. Robert Malone, the same Robert Malone who put mRNA into nanoparticles and who has been vilified for his anti-government healthcare policies views, did a trial of 25 consecutive inpatients treated with high dose famotidine and celecoxib with very good results. No one died. Getting it published was impossible, and the FDA did its best to nitpick new study protocols to delay things per Dr. Malone. A randomized trial of famotidine and celecoxib was unsuccessful which was attributed to the coadministration of corticosteroids that had come into use in the interim. In the meantime, Dr. Malone has been involved with Leidos of the Department of Defense who is sponsoring trials of high dose oral famotidine plus celecoxib(Celebrex) in outpatients and inpatients with COVID not on corticosteroids which have begun enrolling patients.

In my opinion, the failure of NIH and AAAAI to do anything with mast cell therapies during the pandemic has been a major blunder. In the case of NIH, it was intentional. I’m not sure what happened with AAAAI. People could have walked into a drug store and treated themselves with famotidine, certirizine(zyrtec), luteolin, and quercetin.

We would be better prepared for future coronavirus pandemics. About 6 months ago I got an email from NIH that they were submitting famotidine to the ACTIV committee. It’s no surprise that nothing happened. I will send this to Dr. Anne Maitland from Mt. Sinai, now head of mast cells for AAAAI. She’s terrific and I expect her to fix the problem.

Putin threatens “bloodbath” if country resists Russian forces as troops near Kiev Friday, February 25, 2022 by: JD Heyes

(Natural News) After surrounding Ukraine with nearly 190,000 troops for weeks on end, Russian President Vladimir Putin finally ordered them to invade, setting in motion the potential for another deadly, destructive war along Europe’s perimeter.

“BREAKING: Russia’s agreements just signed with the LPR and DPR give the right to use military infrastructure and military bases on each other’s territory, and provide for joint protection of the borders of Donbass,” said a tweet from top-rated ASB News, which reports breaking news and analysis regarding the Russian military.

The site went on to note that the agreements between two ‘separatist regions’ in Ukraine, declared ‘sovereign’ by Putin of course, is for basing Russian troops there for at least a decade.

After he ordered troops into Ukraine, Putin then declared any resistance by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky would lead to a “bloodbath.”

“And those who seized the power and keep the power in Kyiv, we demand [they] stop hostilities immediately,” Putin said Monday through a state media interpreter. “Otherwise, all the responsibility for the possible continuation of the bloodbath will be on the consciousness [conscience] of the regime that is ruling in Kyiv.”

Russian forces are now very close to Kiev, and the government of Ukraine has destroyed some of its own bridges there in an effort to slow the Russian advance.

The Washington Examiner noted further:

Putin delivered the speech one day after the scheduled end of military drills that entailed the mass mobilization of Russian forces around Ukrainian borders at positions that enable them not only to move into the Donbas region but even to threaten the Ukrainian capital.

Putin portrayed the decision as “long overdue” after years of trying to pressure Ukrainian officials to agree to a political deal that would give his proxies “special status” under a revised Ukrainian constitution.

“It’s certainly a very concrete further escalatory step,” a senior European official told the outlet. “In overall trajectory, though, this has not brought about a fundamental change — the Russian military is still ready to move at any given moment.”

It should be noted that Putin did not dare try this under our real president, Donald Trump, because he knew Trump would not have allowed him to get away with it. Joe Biden, however, is a weak-minded invalid who is nothing more than a figurehead for the deep state regime that has been pining for war with Russia, no matter what they say publicly.

Earlier Monday, Putin signed a decree that recognized the ‘independence’ of a pair of breakaway regions, the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics. The official signing was used as the impetus to order the Russian Ministry of Defense to send in “peacekeepers” to Donbass, while also ordering the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to establish diplomatic relations with both breakaway regions.

Vladimir Putin, then, has redrawn the global map.

In announcing his moves, the Russian leader implied that the notion of a wider war in Ukraine “quite suits us,” going on to argue that “modern Ukraine was entirely and completely created by Russia,” a reference to Communist leader Vladimir Lenin who led the Bolshevik revolution that saw the overthrow of the Russian czar and led to the creation of the former Soviet Union (which Putin wants to recreate).

“Now, grateful descendants have demolished monuments to Lenin in Ukraine. This is what they call de-communization,” Putin noted. “Do you want de-communization? Well, this quite suits us. But you must not stop halfway. We are ready to show you what genuine de-communization means for Ukraine.”
