Dr. Robert Malone tells Stew Peters about the life-threatening effects of COVID-19 vaccines

Dr. Robert Malone, mRNA inventor and a respected name in virology and immunology, told Stew Peters the life threatening effects of the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccines during the January 4 episode of the “The Stew Peters Show” on Brighteon. TV.

Malone said the number one reason for vaccine deaths is blood clots that result to strokes.

“Number one reason is vaccinated people can have blood clots in all its various forms acute and auto immune. Blood clots, may well be what’s driving the cardiotoxicity and the central nervous system toxicity,” said Malone, who after telling the truth on the COVID mRNA vaccines got himself banned by Twitter and YouTube. The second reason is the “spike protein, which is able to trigger vascular constriction in the small vessels of the body. Spike protein travels all over the body, leading to a variety of issues with the brain – including stroke,” said Malone, explaining that the loss of blood brain barrier integrity associated with the spike protein can also lead to damage to the heart and coagulation system.

As revealed by autopsy reports on vaccinated individuals, Malone said micro coagulopathy can affect any organ in the body. “We have emerging evidence that alterations in the function of the immune system can lead to cancer. We don’t know how long that persists, but we absolutely know it’s happening,” Malone noted.

Malone is also deeply worried on the effects of the vaccines in the reproductive system of females. He said by getting the vaccines, the menstrual cycle of any girl past the age of puberty is being altered.

“What is fascinating about dysmenorrhea in the alteration of menstruation and its timing and duration is that not only are a huge cohort of women of reproductive age reporting this, but you’re also having postmenopausal women reporting bleeding. What does this amount to? Well, it affects reproductive fertility, for sure,” said Malone, who said the most worrisome to him is what’s happening to the ovary. “Your daughters are born with all of the eggs they will ever have in their ovary at the time of birth. Okay, that’s why you move through and through menopause is you’ve run out of eggs, okay? And your kids are being vaccinated, particularly these lipid vaccines, which we know from the little bit of data that we were allowed to see from the Pfizer foyer report from Japan, that these lipids go to the ovary,” said Malone.

“These synthetic positively charged fats stick to the ovary for some reason. And we have this whole cascade of phenotypes and characteristics of adverse events that all point to alterations in ovarian biology.”

Big Tech silences Malone

Peters said Malone got silenced for going against those who hold power. He pointed out that the censorship machine went into overdrive following Malone’s appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast.

“Dr. Malone just got banned from Twitter 500,000 followers, poof, gone. Why? Because he criticized Pfizer’s vaccine trials, or the lack thereof, and he publicized the harms caused by these shots,” Peters said.

Vaccinating children unnecessary

In particular, Malone is also campaigning hard against vaccinating children, pointing out that children are at zero risk from COVID. “And so it makes zero sense to jab them with shots that we already know has all kinds of side effects  we haven’t yet seen,” Malone said.

During Rogan’s podcast, Malone described America as being in a state of mass formation psychosis – which means leaders took advantage of America’s collective anxiety and unease to hypnotize people into a perpetually deranged state as COVID obsessives. Google, according to Peters, panicked. “If you search mass formation psychosis, Google will tweak its meaning. Google is rapidly tweaking what people would see about that term. Users got articles and videos hostile to Malone as it attempts to debunk him.”

Working age Americans’ death rate rise by 40 percent

Peters also cited a press conference given by Scott Davison, chief executive officer of the Indiana-based company insurance company One America.

Citing One Americas’ internal numbers, Davison noted that the death rate for Americans between the ages of 18 and 64 has increased 40 percent compared to just a year ago.

Davison stressed that the mortality rate cannot be blamed on COVID-19. “Most of the claims for deaths being filed are not classified as COVID-19 deaths but just about everything like heart attacks and strokes and cancer deaths. Of course, there were also drug overdoses and murder which dramatically rise,” said Davison.

Peters gave another possibility. “I know it. Dr. Malone knows that it rushed out experimental shots, being falsely referred to as safe and effective vaccines and pushed on the entire populace, are causing people to drop dead,” Peters said. He said the U.S. government has inflicted an unprecedented crime against humanity on the American population with its vaccine policy.

Biden administration manipulates data on adverse effects of vaccines

Malone said President Joe Biden’s government is manipulating data regarding the huge number of deaths and adverse effects of the vaccines. The truth, according to Malone, will eventually come out.

“And the people that would see it are exactly this cohort of people that insurance actuaries. They have their finger on the pulse of America because it’s their business. There will be a tsunami of new charges. And they’re going to have to up their rates. We’re all going to be paying substantially more for medical and life insurance due to the government’s gross mismanagement,” said Malone, noting that the mortality per million patients in the U.S. is among the worst in the world.

“Under the management of this administration, and the direction of Tony Fauci, we have had a human catastrophe of death and disease and a huge surge in disability claims. This is an ongoing medical catastrophe, the likes of which the world has never seen, and certainly the U.S. insurance industry has never seen. And somebody has got to be held accountable as far as I’m concerned,” said Malone.

Covid is a global psy-op: There is no real medical emergency

A leading Israeli immunologist has come forward to claim that the Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) is not the threat that it has been made out to be, and is nothing more than “psychological engineering” on a global scale.

Prof. Ehud Qimron, a well-respected authority, penned a letter to the Israeli Ministry of Health denouncing his country’s mass vaccination scheme and chastising government officials who have already “branded” the unvaccinated “as spreaders of the disease.”

Qimron currently heads Tel Aviv University‘s Department of Microbiology and Immunology.

“Two years later, you finally realize that a respiratory virus cannot be defeated and that any such attempt is doomed to fail,” Qimron’s letter reads.

“You do not admit it, because you have admitted almost no mistake in the last two years, but in retrospect it is clear that you have failed miserably in almost all of your actions, and even the media is already having a hard time covering your shame.”

The most basic modicum of established science proves that trying to fight a constantly mutating virus with strain-specific injections is a fool’s game, and yet few politicians and health authorities are acknowledging this fact.

Qimron is upset with many of them over this, noting in his letter that the Israeli government’s jab campaign “failed” to create “herd immunity” as promised, and is only making things progressively worse.

“You refused to admit that the infection comes in waves that fade by themselves, despite years of observations and scientific knowledge,” Qimron added in his letter.

“You refused to admit that recovery is more protective than a vaccine, despite previous knowledge and observations showing that non-recovered vaccinated people are more likely to be infected than recovered people.”

Governments colluded with Big Pharma to push deadly covid shots

Qimron went on to blast Israeli politicians for refusing to admit that the “fully vaccinated” are also fully contagious. In most cases, they are the ones getting sick and having to go to the hospital, while the unvaccinated, assuming they do not get “shed” on by a vaccinated person, are the healthier members of society.

“Based on this, you hoped to achieve herd immunity by vaccination – and you failed in that as well,” Qimron added.

The most at-risk demographics when it comes to Fauci Flu susceptibility are the elderly and people with compromised immune systems or pre-existing health conditions. And yet young people, who have almost zero risk, are being forced to take the jabs in order to participate in Israeli society.

Qimron says this has all been known since early 2020 when the plandemic was first launched, but that those in positions of power ignored it and proceeded to force the shots on everyone.

These same authorities failed to establish an adequate mechanism to identify and track adverse events from the shots, which we now know are numerous and widespread.

“Doctors avoid linking side effects to the vaccine, lest you persecute them as you did with some of their colleagues,” Qimron laments about the covid status quo.

In younger demographics especially, Fauci Flu injections cause far more harm than good, assuming any good at all actually comes from taking them. There is still no solid evidence to suggest that the shots provide any benefits whatsoever.

Meanwhile, young people everywhere are dropping dead from jab-induced heart attacks and other cardiovascular problems and hardly any authority figures anywhere are even acknowledging this.

“You have ignored many reports of changes in menstrual intensity and menstrual cycle times,” Qimron added in his letter.

“You hid data that allows for objective and proper research. Instead, you chose to publish non-objective articles together with senior Pfizer executives on the effectiveness and safety of vaccines.”

Extensive analysis of trial data finds that Pfizer covid jab does “more harm than good”

A deep analysis of Pfizer’s trial data has revealed that the company’s Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine” is likely to “increase illness rather than reduce it.”

The Canadian COVID Care Alliance (CCCA) compiled this new research in a 50-page PDF presentation and corresponding video. (The video is available at LifeSiteNews.)

The presentation begins with the CCCA quantifying and contextualizing Pfizer’s claim that its jab is 95 percent effective seven days after the second dose. It is revealed that this 95 percent figure actually refers to a Relative Risk Reduction or RRR.

The Absolute Risk Reduction (ARR) figure, which is how most people are thinking about it, is a paltry 0.84 percent efficacy – meaning the jab provides zero protection against the Fauci Flu, statistically speaking (a short video explaining the difference between RRR and ARR is also available at LifeSiteNews).

In Pfizer’s covid injection trial, eight out of 18,198 participants who got vaccinated were reported to have later developed covid. In the unvaccinated placebo group, 162 out of 18,325 were reported to have developed covid as well.

Based on Pfizer’s own trial data, even without getting vaccinated the risk of contracting covid was a mere 0.88 percent compared to 0.04 percent (supposedly) in the vaccinated group.

“This means that the net benefit or ARR that is shown in the trial is 0.84 percent,” writes Kennedy Hall. “The 95 percent number comes from relative difference between the 0.88 percent number from the unvaccinated group and the 0.04 from the vaccinated group.”

Cardiovascular deaths occurring at twice the rate in the fully vaccinated

On top of that, it was discovered that Pfizer’s covid injection actually makes people more ill. Instead of reducing one’s risk of infection, the Pfizer jab – again, based on the company’s own data – showed a “level one evidence of harm” in six-month report data.

Compared to the placebo group, the vaccinated group saw a noticeable “increase in illness and deaths,” proving once again that getting jabbed is a fool’s game.

“The jabbed group data showed an increase in adverse events in most every category,” Hall adds.

“This information was included in the Pfizer report, but only in the supplementary appendix which is difficult to find. There was a 300 percent increase in adverse events determined to have been caused by the product in the jabbed group.”

As far as severe adverse events go – meaning conditions that greatly inhibit a person’s ability to function normally – getting jabbed with Pfizer caused these to spike by 75 percent.

There was also an increase in the overall death rate in the vaccinated group compared to the placebo group. A total of 20 deaths were later recorded in the jabbed group while only 14 were counted in the un-jabbed group.

Cardiovascular-related deaths were also twice as common in the vaccinated group, it was revealed. This corroborates with other research showing that heart-related conditions, including heart attacks, are on the rise in fully vaccinated people.

All of this presents an “unacceptable risk” to human health, especially in children, noted CCCA. Calls to mass-inject five- to 11-year-olds with these things, as the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) are now doing, is simply ludicrous and insane.

This revelation, CCCA says, “represents a real opportunity to hold our leaders accountable because this is not opinion or modeling or real-world evidence that can be dismissed or manipulated, but level-one evidence from a randomized controlled trial.”

“As if we need more proof of a crime against humanity,” wrote a LifeSiteNews commenter. “And showing few signs of stopping – here, three jabs are mandated by our chief-crook-in-charge.”

Here it comes: Food prices set to skyrocket throughout 2022 as rising costs hit small-to-medium-sized farms

Joe Biden is quickly becoming known as ‘The Inflation President’ as prices rise on just about everything that Americans need to survive, including food.

And what’s more, prices are not expected to drop anytime soon because this administration is simply not competent.

The Epoch Times reports that due to ever-rising costs on small to mid-sized farms, food prices are set to skyrocket at least through 2022 and likely beyond, meaning wage gains that Americans experienced throughout the Trump administration are quickly dissipating as they pay more at the grocery store, the gas pump and in monthly energy and clothing expenses.

The outlet adds:

Fertilizer prices have risen during the past year, with several retail price tags going up by more than 100 percent, according to DTN, a Minnesota-based company that provides real-time weather, agricultural, energy, and commodity market information.

More than half of America’s large farmers are anticipating prices for inputs such as fertilizer and fuel to go up by more than 12 percent in 2022, according to a Purdue University poll.

Jon Schwalls, head of Southern Valley Fruit and Vegetables, told the outlet that production costs are rising throughout all sectors of the company’s operation, noting that small farmers are being squeezed particularly hard. The farming operation, based in Georgia, saw an increase of 48 percent in fuel costs last year — and prices are continuing to rise — while packing materials increased 18 percent, pallets by 75 percent, and refrigerants by a whopping 200 percent in 2021.

Fiona M. Scott Morton, professor of economics at the Yale University School of Management, notes that inflation, generally, does not affect small farms any differently than larger ones. She says if costs rise across the board, then operations of all sizes are hit that depend on the same goods — fertilizer, transportation, electricity and other line items — in order to operate, The Epoch Times reports.

Prices on food, commodities and energy have been rising for the past year — practically since Biden took office after the deep state stole Donald Trump’s reelection from him. Consumers who managed to see their wages rise throughout Trump’s term thanks to massive rollbacks in corporate and small business taxes (as well as personal income tax reductions) have seen those gains erased under Biden.

“Consumers saw price increases during 2021 as well, reflected in a 7 percent increase in the Consumer Price Index in December 2021, a 39-year high,” The Epoch Times reported.

“Prices for food eaten at home rose by 6.5 percent overall from the year before, with some segments falling below this mark and others surpassing it. The index for meats, poultry, fish, and eggs rose by 12.5 percent during 2021, though it did fall by 0.4 percent in the final month of the year. Beef prices in particular rose by 21 percent year-over-year in November 2021,” the outlet continued.

Dairy prices went up as well, though not as much, accounting for the smallest increase among the various food categories, rising 1.6 percent last year. Fruits and vegetables, by comparison, rose 5 percent year-over-year and nearly a full percent in December.

The only thing that has saved consumers from larger price increases are pre-signed contracts spanning most of 2021, which locked-in prices, but, as producers know, many of those contracts are set to expire in short order. The new contracts will have to account for the massive price increases that producers have had to pay.

“As these expire, there is going to be a hard reset,” Schwalls told The Epoch Times.

Darius Campeau, president of Ottawa Valley Meats, told the outlet that labor costs have also increased.

“In order for us to maintain production, we had to provide raises, bringing our average wage from $24 per hour to $33 per hour,” he said.

The perfect storm of inflation was created when ‘health experts’ like Anthony Fauci convinced their governments to shut down their economies over COVID. Now all consumers everywhere will literally have to pay the price for those calamitous decisions unless they can figure out alternatives.

The vaccine holocaust is America’s CHERNOBYL… but USA leaders are committing even MORE deaths and deeper EVIL than former Soviet Union officials

The 1986 nuclear accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power facility — located in modern-day Ukraine which was at that time part of the Soviet Union — killed an estimated 50 people from acute radiation poisoning, possibly another 9,000 from thyroid poisoning due to radiation, and an estimated 125,000 additional people whose lives were shortened due to cancer caused by radiation fallout. The extreme arrogance and corruption of the USSR in the 1980s fed right into the cover-up and government denial of the nuclear disaster even as it was taking place. The cover-ups continued for days, even weeks, as government lies subjected its own citizens to deadly radiation that could have easily been avoided if only the truth were acknowledged.

The ultimate price was thousands of lives lost while the corrupt bureaucrats of the USSR covered their backs and silenced truth-tellers.

Yet despite the horror of the Chernobyl disaster, it’s tiny compared to the criminal acts of the U.S. government in 2020 – 2022, where now over a million Americans have been killed by a biological weapon that the government funded (NIH, NIAID, Fauci) and handed over to America’s enemies (CCP-run labs in China) to be deployed against the American people. Even more horrifically, the US government then rolled out a dangerous, fast-tracked spike protein “vaccine” — actually an engineered gene therapy concoction that causes vascular and neurological destruction — then attempted to force it on the entire country. Reasonable estimates now put the number of vaccine deaths in the USA at over 800,000 and climbing. (That’s 20,000+ from VAERS multiplied by a conservative URF of 40. URF stands for Under Reporting Factor.)

While the former USSR was driven by simple corruption, incompetence and greed, today’s USA is run by child-raping demons who desire to literally carry out genocide against their own people. The flagship newspaper of the nation — USA Today — openly calls for pedophilia and having all children taken away from parents to be raised by the state. Remember the song by Sting in the 1980s, “I hope the Russians love their children, too?” Little did Sting know the America leaders want to RAPE their children. If we had a new song in 2022, we’d have to call it, “I hope the Russians don’t want to RAPE their children like the American leaders do.”

The USSR’s Chernobyl disaster was a mistake, but America’s vaccine holocaust is DELIBERATE murder

As evil and corrupt as the former USSR once was, they never tried to mass murder their entire population, and they never called for their own citizens to rape and sexually abuse their own children. No, that claim belongs to USA Today, the mouthpiece of America, and there wasn’t even a single mainstream newspaper that condemned the pro-pedophilia editorials.

For the Chernobyl disaster itself, no one has ever suggested it was deliberate sabotage by the USSR to expose its own people to a radiological weapon. It was a mistake. But in America today, the corrupt, criminal government tries to force the entire population into being injected with a biological weapon on purpose. This is a holocaust-level crime against humanity.

All this brings us to the astonishing, jaw-dropping conclusion: Today in 2022, we would be far better served by the simple corruption of the 1986 Soviet Union leaders than the nefarious, diabolical anti-human agenda of the regime currently in power in Washington D.C. As corrupt as they were, at least the USSR bureaucrats weren’t lining up their own citizens for injections with deadly biological weapons. They weren’t taking orders directly from Satan. They weren’t advocating mass child rape, and they weren’t at war with God and humanity.

To be clear, I don’t want to live under the tyranny of communism. But neither do I wish to live under genocidal maniacs who pretend to be defending “democracy” while carrying out mass murder under the banner of “science.”

Mass genocide in the name of “science”

By the time America’s attempted mass slaughter of its own people runs its course, there will be millions of Americans dead. In fact, this seems to be the goal of the vaccine rollout, which has been funded and backed by globalist depopulation pushers who see the human race as expendable insects to be exterminated in order to “save the planet.”

So “science” is rolled out to convince people to line up and commit medically-assisted suicide, all while the pharma-controlled media lies to the people and falsely says the vaccine is safe, effective and FDA-approved. None of those claims is true. They’re all lies, just as the USSR lied and initially said there was no radiation coming from Chernobyl.

The USSR deactivated the radiation sensors in order to avoid acknowledging the readings. In the same way today, the corporate media, Fauci, the White House and science journals systematically censor all scientific findings that show vaccines to be dangerous or deadly. It’s all about silencing the evidence in order to extend the fraud a little bit longer (and mass murder more people).

In 1986, the radiation cloud from Chernobyl eventually swept westward across Europe, lighting up other radiation detection devices at the universities and science centers of western nations. At some point, the signals could no longer be ignored.

Similarly, in America today, life insurance companies are sounding the alarm over 40% – 50% increases in total mortality, even among healthy, relatively young age groups. This signal is much like the radiation cloud from Chernobyl: The signature is unmistakable and cannot be easily dismissed.

69 million Americans to be slaughtered by the Biden regime?

According to the CDC, over 200 million Americans are now “fully vaccinated,” meaning they’ve taken at least two doses. By our estimates based on increased mortality, spike protein damage to chromosomal repair mechanisms, vascular damage statistics (such as myocarditis having a 56% fatality rate in five years) and other factors, it looks likely that one-third of fully vaccinated Americans will die over the next decade from vaccine-related fatalities.

If this holds true, it means that if vaccines are halted right now, over 69 millions will be killed by the vaccines between 2022 and 2032. Those deaths will be attributed to cancers, heart attacks, strokes, etc., but the real cause will be covid vaccines.

This would obviously dwarf the Chernobyl fiasco by orders of magnitude, and it would make the U.S. leaders high scorers in the history of genocide and crimes against humanity. Adolf Hitler killed 20 million Russians in World War II, but even Adolf wasn’t trying to mass murder his own German citizens. If these vaccine deaths play out as we fear, the USA will mass murder at least 69 million of its own citizens, fulfilling a vaccine holocaust ten times larger than the Nazi Holocaust of World War II.

That makes Biden worse than Hitler, quite literally. But Biden isn’t even running Biden, so we know it’s actually the demon puppetmasters behind him (Obama, obviously) who are calling the shots. Biden is just the cognitively impaired placeholder for the anti-human DEMONcrats who are really in charge (and who hate humanity).

Chernobyl was a tiny blip on the radar compared to what we’re enduring right now, under the tyrannical Biden regime and its cabal of Josef Mengele “science” atrocity pushers like Fauci.

An anonymous whistleblower nurse contacted the Stew Peters Show this week after seeing the Scott Quiner attempted medical murder case unfold. This particular nurse works in case management and is in charge of her hospital’s discharge plans and medical records in the state of California. Despite being a part of the Medical Industrial Complex, This Stew Peters Show whistleblower decided it was time to come forward with the information she has found.

In an email sent to the Stew Peters Show, the whistleblower stated:

“I am an RN working in case management at _______ Hospital in California, and I know why the hospitals are killing their own patients.” Upon receiving this nurse’s horrific findings, The Stew Peters Show was able to get this whistleblower nurse to come on the show and answer the tough questions about the connection she found between the use of deadly Remdesivir, Vancomycin, and organ donors.

In the email, the whistleblower stated: “There is a link between the hospital deaths and organ harvesting in the state of California…Every patient’s license is in their medical records, and they can tell if they are organ donors or not.”

Life Sharing is an organ donor company, and this whistleblower nurse believes that many, if not all, of these Covid patients who were killed by the deadly effects of Remdesivir and Vancomycin were purposefully killed because they had Life Sharing reference numbers.

She then submitted dozens of images documenting her most recently expired patients, all of which had Life Sharing reference numbers.

She went into detail about one in particular: “On admission this patient was given 1250mg IV Vancomycin with a diagnosis of acute renal failure, never once was it sepsis nor was there a fever that was reported/charted plus given another 500mg IV vancomycin the following day. Vancomycin is a powerful antibiotic that will kill your kidneys. Patient passed away within two days.

This patient was murdered! Then this patient’s body was sent to Life sharing. I’m so disappointed with my fellow healthcare colleagues and this stuff is absolutely evil and so against our licenses, morals and crimes against humanity!

The Nurse Whistleblower stated: “I now have patients who are getting new hearts and organ transplants in 3 weeks … it usually takes years…. A human heart is worth 1.4 million, the whole body is worth 65 million dollars. Organ harvesting is a huge industry.”

Dr. Edward Ryan made stunning and encouraging comments on the Omicron variant that give hope for a return to normalcy. Among these: Omicron will make boosters unnecessary. The covid virus will join the ranks of the “common cold.” And the latest wave will enter “clean up mode” shortly.

“We are fighting the last war with COVID and should be pivoting back to normal life,” the summary of Dr. Ryan’s comments states. “Spring/Summer will be really nice!”

Dr. Ryan is professor of medicine at the Harvard Medical School and professor of immunology and infectious diseases at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. He also directs the Tropical and Geographic Medicine Center
and Travelers’ Advice and Immunization Center, which is supported by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

His comments come from an undated summary (see full text below) of a conference call with Ryan that was shared last weekend among doctors and provided to me. 

In response to a request for comment, Massachusetts General Hospital issued a statement acknowledging that Dr. Ryan’s remarks had been shared “from an individual’s personal notes.”

“These notes lack context, details, and nuance,” the statement said, noting they fail to reflect “the role that vaccines play in mitigating severe disease or death,” or to note that at-risk people should “continue to take extra precautions.”

Significantly, the statement did not take issue with the accuracy of the conference call summary, which I had forwarded to both Ryan and media officials. Ryan did not respond to requests for comment.

Assessing the situation in the Boston region, Ryan said that close to 100 percent of cases were Omicron.

“Delta is almost completely gone from New England,” the notes said, meaning, significantly, that a more deadly variant has been displaced by a far milder one.

“This surge will peak [in New England] sometime between 1/10 and 1/21 and then begin a quick downhill journey of two to four weeks,” the summary of the call stated.

Perhaps the most surprising, and potentially controversial, statement from the call notes pertained to Ryan’s take on boosters for Omicron.

“We won’t need a booster for omicron because they wouldn’t be able to develop one before it’s completely gone and we’re all going to get it which will give us the immunity we need to get through it,” the summary states.

The booster statement is particularly startling in view of the near-universal mainstream medical support for vaccinations and boosters, including for children as young as five years old.

Ryan allayed fears of rising hospitalizations. “Most of them are secondary admissions,” the summary states, meaning people admitted for something else but who test positive for Omicron.

SARS-CoV-2 will be transformed by Omicron, the comments suggest.

“COVID will join the 4 other coronaviruses we deal with that cause the common cold, upper respiratory infections, RSV, etc.,” a reference to respiratory syncytial virus, which usually causes generally mild, respiratory disease.

“Lots of good news!” the summary concludes.

Here is the full text from the notetaker’s conversation with Dr. Ryan:

“Notes from a call earlier with Edward Ryan MD, Director of International Infectious Disease Service at Massachusetts General Hospital:

1. Close to 100% of the positive cases in MA are Omicron. Delta is almost completely gone from New England.

2. This surge will peak sometime between 1/10 and 1/21 and then begin a quick downhill journey of two to four weeks.

3. We will end up with a 20-50% positivity rate.

4. February will be clean up mode, March will begin to return to “normal”! 

5. Omicron lives in your nose and upper respiratory area which is what makes it so contagious. It isn’t able to bond with your lungs like the other variants.

6. The increased hospitalizations should be taken with a grain of salt as most of them are secondary admissions (i.e. people coming in for surgery, broken bones, etc. who are tested for COVID).

7. We won’t need a booster for omicron because they wouldn’t be able to develop one before it’s completely gone and we’re all going to get it which will give us the immunity we need to get through it.

8. COVID will join the 4 other coronaviruses we deal with that cause the common cold, upper respiratory infections, RSV, etc. It will become a pediatric disease mainly affecting young children with no immunity.

9. About 40% of those infected will be asymptomatic

10. Rapid tests are 50-80% sensitive to those with symptoms, only 30-60% sensitive to those without symptoms.

11. Contact tracing is worthless because we’re all going to get it and there’s no way we could keep up with it.

12. We are fighting the last war with COVID and should be pivoting back to normal life, but society isn’t quite ready for it yet.

13. There is no need to stay home from work or to be a hermit unless you’re immunocompromised or 85 or older, but he does recommend staying away from large gatherings for the next six weeks.

14. Spring/Summer will be really nice!

These notes lack context, details, and nuance. For instance, the role that vaccines play in mitigating severe disease or death was not included, and individuals with comorbid conditions should continue to take extra precautions to minimize contracting COVID irrelevant of age.”
